The Exterior look is one of the best looking SUVs. Lots of options that are standard, the ride is somewhat soft but yet stiff like the Mazda CX-5. Has a sporty feel inside and when driving even without the sport pkg. sound system in premium pkg is very nice. Brake hold button is sweet, leather seats feel soft and comfy. Back seat is comfy and has air vents.

I had my car towed in to Johnson Lexus. It would not start my Technician Reece Was ready and waiting. They found out what the problem was and had my car ready and no time kept me informed on what was being done. Reece was excellent to work with highly recommend him.

Making a appointment for my two year service on my new Toyota Corolla hybrid was a piece of cake and when I took it there, they got me right in said it could be maybe an hour and a half in 30 minutes I was done and out of there.

I've driven many different cars and i love this hybrid it's comfortable and beautiful, the mpg is good (could be a bit better i thought for a hybrid) drives nice, quiet.. but for an expensive brand this company uses absolutely the worst GPS system!!! it's so frustrating for someone like me who has no sense of direction and rely on my GPS full time. it does not tell you the correct time with traffic (which it should because i pay for satellite) and it doesn't re-route you if there's heavy traffic like all my other cars did, can't choose min toll, never re-route to a side roads plus when i know my roads and i'm on a straight line home it tries to put me back on the highway to go 3 miles further to get home it's ridiculous!! this company needs to use a different GPS system, the MDX even cheap FORD has a better system!!

Overall I like the car....Coming from an RX350 I do miss the larger storage in the back of the car. Great gas mileage and in the Sports Mode good acceleration. Apple Car Play is very nice.

The first girl that helped me was not helpful at all. She just stared at herself in the window, swinging her hair in the reflection. Then left me outside to look at vehicles by myself while she talked bad about another employee. Ugh.... BUT the man who took over was great. He has been working there a long time and is perfect at his job. He has integrity and that is the best trait in a sales rep. Very helpful and has a wonderful personality even if he was stressed.

Updated to 2017 nx300h from a 2007 rx400h. We got the "Luxury" package which includes all options (in Sweden) except the Sport stuff. Love all the new technology (air con in seats, 360 cam, radar cruise, reverse collision warning and more). The trunk is a little bit smaller than 400h but instead there is a lot more space under the trunk floor since we have the compressor instead of spare tyre. Seating front and back feels almost as big as the 400h. Getting average 6,8 l / 100 km after 3 months of driving. 400h was about 9,5 l / 100 km. Handling on curvy roads is great! Acceleration is really not that bad, but the cvt / engine is noisy during hard accel. During normal driving everything is smooth and quiet.

I did my research. Was it worth the extra money over the similar Rav 4.. YES! I downsized from an older RX 400 so the size is taking some getting used to. The seats are extremely comfortable, the steering and brake system are fantastic, the interior is stylish and quiet with very little noise from outside. Sound system and easy to use finger pad are on point. Only thing I’m not loving, this push start ignition is good, but there is no where to put my key ring. I’m always taking up a cup holder (minimal complain I know)! I feel like there is little storage in the cab, no place for sunglasses, keys..etc. also. I’m having a hard time figuring out the programming of how my texts can pop up, (user error I know, but I’ve spent lots of time on youtube and in the manual to figure out how to program everything.) I was hoping I could get Alexa to work since it said Lexus and Alexa are now compatible, apparently the iPhone version is not ready yet. But I’m knit picking . MOST IMPORTANTLY this car has brake assist that truly saved me from becoming a pancake this morning! All the safety features I never had are wonderful. I feel safe and that’s most important, especially here in Southern California- crazy drivers!

The car meets all my expectations for its intended use. Great style and good performance. Has great zip on start. Elegant interior design, as well as having very comfortable bucket seats. For a medium size SUV it surprisingly provides a very responsive and comfortable ride.

Hello, Steve in service was awesome I was having a problem with my battery in Pendleton I headed toward the Lexus dealer in Greenvile , it was almost 4:00 PM, I CALLED Steve on my way and told him my problem and that I was coming hoping to make it be 4:30, I did, Steve was waiting for me and took the Lexus SUV 350 straight back to the mechanics and before I got comfortable in the lounge he told me it was the battery and the cables, I agreed to fix it right then and they were finished with the repair plus vacuum and washed the car. Paid Steve and I was on my way home by like 5:15/5:30. Steve was great and I was thrilled with the service he gave me and the warranty. This is the third Lexus since 2007 and meets all expectations.The last one was a rx450 h.my wife was very hesitant to trade it in.It was a phenomenal car for 9 years .It had 95000 miles which is low miles for its age but was driven mainly city traffic.We only changed the starter battery after 8 years for preventative reasons.The best car we have ever owned. I expect this car to meet or exceed the 450.The dealership is by far the best I have dealt with and after the three experiences I say this with confidence.North star lexus you are the standard dealerships should strive to be.

I've had the NX since July 2018. It gets 30 mpg and you can use regular gas. The radio system has great sound using Bluetooth music from my Samsung S9. It has most options, the seats are comfortable, no need to set the parking brake since it happens when placed in park. There's plenty of room dropping the back seats when desired. I have a red & black interior which makes it look great with a white exterior.

I feel that this is the perfect size car for anybody. It is not as low as other sedan, and its height actually make is very comfortable going in and out of the car. I enjoy the interior the most as everything is just right around. The riding and driving feel is good and comfortable. The best part? I can drive up to 500 miles with a full tank of gas! Amazing!!!

I opted for the premium package, which makes it a lot nicer on the inside, love the sun roof, heated/cooled front seats, and heated steering wheel for winter time. Great safety features and rearview camera! Only drawbacks would be smaller cargo capacity and limited interior storage.
