2020 Lexus NX 300h review
This is the third Lexus since 2007 and meets all expectations.The last one was a rx450 h.my wife was very hesitant to trade it in.It was a phenomenal car for 9 years .It had 95000 miles which is low miles for its age but was driven mainly city traffic.We only changed the starter battery after 8 years for preventative reasons.The best car we have ever owned. I expect this car to meet or exceed the 450.The dealership is by far the best I have dealt with and after the three experiences I say this with confidence.North star lexus you are the standard dealerships should strive to be.

I went to the store and Lauren Smit smiled to me and she asked me right questions, keeping smile on her face and digging a little bit more about understanding what exactly I’m looking for... and I answer all her questions and we went outside to see the cars on my options, I was sure I’m going to get a BMW or an Audi and Lauren let me understanding that actually I was I looking for it’s Lexus. and Choose Lexus but! I had some problem with my Social Security number and I need to wait another week and another day and another 24 hour Lorraine and the manager Jimmy was so patiently nicely and kindly understanding my problem with a Social Security and they give me the time I needed keeping my car for another extra 24 hours I really appreciate that because of that I was able to get the best deal with the best price and the best car off my best price with the loan usually car shopping takes one day a couple of hours but my car shopping took about 10 days can you imagine the frustration but everybody in Carmax Was very patient and kind and understanding my situation thank you Carmax definitely recommend it to all my friends family and customers and I have a lot as a real estate agent my customers all need a car and my coworkers all need a car definitely recommend it love you guys. Sorry about my spelling words if I got any wrong.
2021 Lexus NX 300h review
The Exterior look is one of the best looking SUVs. Lots of options that are standard, the ride is somewhat soft but yet stiff like the Mazda CX-5. Has a sporty feel inside and when driving even without the sport pkg. sound system in premium pkg is very nice. Brake hold button is sweet, leather seats feel soft and comfy. Back seat is comfy and has air vents.

2020 Lexus NX 300h review
Overall I like the car....Coming from an RX350 I do miss the larger storage in the back of the car. Great gas mileage and in the Sports Mode good acceleration. Apple Car Play is very nice.

I don’t know where to start I went into the Service Department spoke with Brandon and told him the problem that I was having with my car so he got with his service technician and they checked my car so Brandon came back and told me what the problem was so I told Brandon to let me make a few calls so I did and I told Brandon that I will not be able to get the work done, so then I said I just might need to just get another car now here comes the Bug Blessing I ask Brandon about a good salesman and he said I got one for you He calls Mr. Jim Hutsom Omg from the time I spoke with Mr. Jim until I left the parking lot Mr. Jim stayed with me thru the entire process he gave me his Undivided Attention, Jim was very Passionate about getting me in a car today and Jim is Very Knowledgeable about the vehicles that he sells to his customers, Mr. Jim, Brandon and don’t let me forget about Mr. Chris in the finance office when I tell y’all these young men believe in taking care of their customers it’s an understatement on November 22,2022 God Showed Up and Showed Out now did I mention that I was not looking to buy a car today but My Father in Heaven said Differently.
