I am 73 yrs old and have purchased many cars in my life, but this was far and above the best experience I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle. Jack Wier was my Product Specialist/Salesperson and he is the BEST !!! He made this a seamless transaction all the way through the process. He provided answers to every question I had, was quick to reply to my calls, emails, and messages, and made sure everything was right with my vehicle before the final purchase. There was absolutely zilch pressure in the entire process, everything was at my discretion. Jack helped me get the very best deal on my pre-owned vehicle, and also helped me get the best price for my trade in. I also recd a 3 month/3000 mi warranty on my pre-owned vehicle which is standard policy with Germaine. After purchase, I got in my new(er) car and low & behold, the gas tank had been filled up ! 2024 Lexus NX 350 Premium review
2024 NX 350 F Sport is a great ride.
2024 NX 350 F Sport has some great options I didn't know I'd ever need. Being able to customize just about everything is great. The Lexus system itself is easy to use but takes getting used to coming from a 2019 Jeep Compass Sport. Heads-up display, the large display screen is great, although I will say the climate controls are a bit awkward to use. It's easy enough to turn off, but turning it on is another issue. The safety features are awesome, from not being able to open the driver door if traffic is coming from behind to the lane assist, I am super happy with it. The F Sport has some giddy-up that is no joke, there are settings you can utilize; Eco, Normal, Sport, and Sport +. Each one has its advantages and disadvantages, but all are top-notch. The interior has a beautiful, sleek design that screams luxury. The only thing it is missing is the panoramic sunroof I am used to. That being said, I am very happy with my purchase.
