I am 73 yrs old and have purchased many cars in my life, but this was far and above the best experience I have ever had in purchasing a vehicle. Jack Wier was my Product Specialist/Salesperson and he is the BEST !!! He made this a seamless transaction all the way through the process. He provided answers to every question I had, was quick to reply to my calls, emails, and messages, and made sure everything was right with my vehicle before the final purchase. There was absolutely zilch pressure in the entire process, everything was at my discretion. Jack helped me get the very best deal on my pre-owned vehicle, and also helped me get the best price for my trade in. I also recd a 3 month/3000 mi warranty on my pre-owned vehicle which is standard policy with Germaine. After purchase, I got in my new(er) car and low & behold, the gas tank had been filled up ! That is class with a capital "C" ! 2025 Lexus NX 350 Luxury review
I got the option to test drive a hybrid NX.
I got the option to test drive a hybrid NX. And after driving it I can honestly say I'm much happier driving my NX350 gas version (I have a 2025 NX 350 Luxury). First I notice the hybrid felt under power, and then I realize that my gas version has a stronger engine with the turbo. Second the sound that the hybrid makes like a droning noise, did not like that. The driving experience on my gas feels great compare to the hybrid version. Now I did not do a road test with the plug in, but from everything I have heard that is the one to get. At this moment don't have a house, so gas is the best option for me. But after we buy our house then i feel like the plug in is the way to go, especially with the bigger horse power. And yes I understand the save in gas of a hybrid but I'm spending big money on NX and I want to enjoy the drive. If i want to save money then I will go for Toyota and save a lot more on gas. (the 350h is for people who want to save money on their gas bill and 200hp is enough as they want luxury from A to B and don't need it to be fun). So that for me is not a factor, for me is the drive and the comfortable of a luxury product. And yes I get it Lexus luxury ain't what it used to be many years ago, but in 2024 it's better then a Toyota luxury. Example RAV 4 limited vs NX luxury, I prefer to spend more money on the NX for the luxury level in todays market of 2024. So Luxury with a good driving experience are it for me...and of course the reliability of Toyota/Lexus makes it all the better then any other brand for me.
