When we had scheduling conflicts because of work, he and this dealership went above and beyond to deliver the paperwork and vehicle to us. What is usually a horrible experience (based on past purchases with other dealers), was made easy. Definitely recommend this dealership.

Was a very efficient process, everyone seemed nice and I felt I didn't have much to worry about. Had a concern with vehicle's battery - they replaced it and allowed me to get it inspected at their Honda dealership, just to make sure everything was in place. 2 months in so far and no car troubles - I'd recommend this dealership to anyone in the area.

Purchase the car a month ago and already has 850miles. Car feel great in regard,power and maneuverability. Only one major this Miles/gallon. My longest trip was between San Diego and Phoenix and back. On the way there I got max 36.5 m/g. On the way back 35.00. I hardly made it to San Diego. Tank is only 12 gal. so 36/84 m/g ....not true not even 50 miles per gal. Dealer did not explain how to drive, what to do to get maximum miles per gallon. Will take another trip probably 800 miles back and forth, will let you know in my next review

This was my first brand new car purchase but certainly not my first time dealing with dealership sales and transactions. We purchased a new 2025 Lexus GX550 on May 24, 2025 from Pohanka Lexus. Our experience with our sales consultant Maren Reynolds was excellent. We had been trying to purchase a GX550 since the 2025 models were released. We had been working with three Lexus dealers to get the vehicle we wanted and Maren was the only sales person to keep in contact and supply updates as to when the color and interior we specified would possibly be available. The whole process went extremely well and Maren supplied us with all the assistance we needed to get the job done. We are very happy with our new Lexus GX 550 and the professional courtesy we were provided while completing the purchase.

Probably the best car we've owned in 60+years. The plug in hybrid model is perfect for our needs, getting 39 miles range on the electric mode fits our driving needs 80-90% of the time. When we do a highway trip, the hybrid mode kicks in and gets up. 45+mpg. All in a safe, reliable, somewhat luxurious ride. Biggest peeve is the xxxx electronics screen--- a thousand little options I'll Never use, but change the clock?! or get rid of that stupid "drive connect" app screen?? After a YEAR of trying to ignore it, still pops up as the default screen. Just want the map on as the default, and even though I think I have the green on toggle for automatic Daylight Savings clock, have one time on the map screen and one hour different on the central control panel screen, what gives?? Way too many jujube diddly squat choices for useless stuff. back to KISS a bit would be a plus.

I have good experience with this dealership. Pro and cons: Pro: excellent customer service. Thank you Valerie Naval. She helped me and explained everything I asked her. Cons: Car needs to be prep for sale, deep cleaning or at least check it out for anything leftover from previous owner. But Valerie offer me reimbursement for detailing my car. Most of all if you don't like your car for any reason return policy excellent with out any hidden fees, check with your salesperson for details. I would recommend Carmax to my friends .

It was my old cars time to go (Gloria) at work my coworker brought up CarMax as he just got a new pickup truck from them. My partner and I scheduled an appointment for a viewing Wednesday the 6th. I had to keep adding water to my car so she can take us there. I was nervous as this was my first time purchasing a car. IT WAS THE CAR IVE BEEN WANTING :) and Elijah Combs was our representative. He had great hospitality, customer service skills, had an amazing slime and over all made the experience of our first time comfortable and exciting!! It has very good acceleration when you need it on either electric motors or the gasoline engine. Frankly, this plug in electric hybrid is 95% electric in a large metro area with 36 electric miles each day after a plug in overnight. The plug in recharging draws 12 amps at 120 volts, so make sure not to overload the circuit the wall plug is on. I have used a quarter of a tank so far for 550 miles. The hybrid feature reduces the electric and gasoline usage. The ventilated leather seats, the heated steering wheel when needed, and the large dashboard display are part of the luxuries that that you would expect from Lexus. It has great safety features, but is less of a nanny than some earlier RX 350/500 models. It even automatically breaks, only as needed, much like you would yourself. The car has a little less room in the trunk and inside the car, but even as a larger person, I don’t miss it. The only issue I have is that Lexus eliminated the audible blind spot warning when signaling to turn and change lanes from all 2025 models.
