10/29/25 Shortly after arriving at my campsite in Inverness FL I experienced with the fuel injector in my 2022 Silverado 2500HD/4 W Drive Truck. I located the Love Chevrolet dealership and brought my Truck in ASAP. The Service Dept was welcoming and arranged for my Truck to be looked at ASAP. The SVC Mgr arranged for transportation at no charge back to my hunting campsite. My Truck was ready first thing in the AM on 10/31. Lexus of Orange Park review
The service department is top notch. Everyone is friendly, professional, knowledgeable. Waiting room is comfortable with soft drinks & coffee. The only negative comment is on scheduling the appointment with a bot. They took away a person and replaced it with AI. If you don’t say something on their script, they can’t respond. I don’t consider that good customer service.
