After about a month of searching for a car, Endless visits to dealership they just didn't have the car I wanted, or we just couldn't come to deal. I was looking online and found the car I wanted, but it was over an hour away at Cox Auto. So, i gave them a call and spoke with a salesman (Travis) told him what I was looking for and wanted and within a few text messages and two phone calls we made a deal went the dealership and within a few hours i was driving away in my new car. I would have to say my experience at Hyundai of Venice was a very positive one. I came to the dealership just to compare the Hyundai to Honda, Toyota and Nissan. I have always been a Toyota man, but after comparing options you get on Hyundai it was a no brainer. I came in on New Years day, not expecting them to be open, and met Jonathan. I found Jonathan to be very easy going and willing to answer all my questions. I ended up purchasing a 2026 Tucson. They have a large inventory and the exact car I wanted was on site. From start to finish I don't think I was there more than an hour. After paperwork, Jonathan helped program my phone to car which was nice for me because I'm not that computer savvy, Overall very positive experience.

I purchased 2 vehicles from Sean in just a few short months. I was searching for a black SUV and didn't think I would be able to find one in our area without ordering in advance so I told him to keep an eye out for one. Based on the current market, I thought I would hear back from him in a few months or longer. He called less than a week after telling him I wanted one and let me know a 2023 GMC Yukon arrived. It's not the brand of vehicle I was looking for but it exceeded my expectations on price, performance and comfort and I'm very happy I looked in to the GMC brand. There were a few things I didn't understand about the Valpro add-ons required by the dealership but after asking more questions, I see the value in this product for both used and new vehicles. I had another issue that required some attention but after a few discussions, the issues were resolved and managed by Sean and the Sales Manager in a timely manner. In the future when I am looking for a new or used vehicle, I will be reaching out to Sean first. He simplifies the search by looking for you.

Have owned my 2016 RC 300 for almost a year and absolutely love it. Bought used 1 owner with 44,000 miles on it, and haven’t had a single issue. I do continue to take it to a Lexus dealership for regular maintenance, which has only been twice. Once for an overall check before purchase, and another for routine 50,000 mile maintenance and oil change. Constantly get compliments on this car and will keep it forever. The body style will always look great no matter how trends change which is another reason I will keep it for life.
