I would give them 10 stars. This is my second Forester I've gotten from them- the first 15 years ago. I had it serviced by Hendrick and was very satisfied. This time I wanted a late model low mileage certified pre owned vehicle. I worked with Sales Associate Jay Weil. She made every effort to understand what i wanted. I purchased the second one i drove. I was treated as an important person by Jay and others. And i got a great value gor my trade-in. The dealership took care of all DMV activities which is HUGE. I would highly recommend Hendrick Subaru and Jay Weil.

Bought mine used with 135,00 miles on it. Best driving vehicle I've ever owned. Extremely comfortable, and super stylish. Great power and wonderful options! Taken this on some long trips, and it performs better than I could ever imagine!

Had a good vibe talking with him.. Nice demeanor and positive attitude on letting me voice some of my questions about the car…. I loved this car and felt very safe driving it. It is a good looking car on the outside and inside. There is lots of legroom and I loved the front heated seats. It gets great gas mileage and I could drive on the freeway for about 6 hours before needing to refill it. I have no complaints overall about the car. I am only selling it because I am moving and will no longer need it.

Felix and Mina were great! I called in at about 10:30am and Felix got me the info I needed immediately and was able to test drive 30min after our call. I explained to Mina on our test drive I was crunched for time and he got me off the lot in my new car in approximately 45 mins! I thought I was only going to have time for a test drive but these guys made everything happen that was needed for me to get into my new ride. This car is already 12 years old. It did not break a single time, and it still drives like new. All the safety features is comparable to current cars, but it feels like a true luxury car even after that many years. Wood steering wheel feels amazing and no current cars have them!

My experience there was good. I went to go look at a honda accord. But I felt in love with the Toyota Camry. Everyone was nice and offered me and my mother water. I really appreciate that everyone there has good customer service.
