I initially walked in late in the evening with no appointment with my 88 y/o Mom who I wanted to make sure she could get in and out of the MDX I had my eye on. Liz was kind enough to bring the MDX next to our car to see if Mom could get in and out with her walker. Liz was patient and friendly with my Mom and knew it was important to me to have her comfortable and safe. I made an appointment for the next day to properly test-drive various MDXs. Liz listened to my preferences and concerns then remembered a specific MDX they had on the lot, so she brought it over for me to see. She warned me as she wasn't sure if I'd like the interior color...I took one look and said “I love it” - Red Italian leather! The 3rd MDX we test drove was the charm! Next, I talked to the finance manager, Mandy Matanga. Mandy was friendly and fantastic to work with as she gave me the best deal to fit my budget. Initially all the technology was overwhelming. After getting to know the car, I really like it. I do miss the old push a button radio. You do have to take your eyes off the road to find a specific radio station.

I have driven extensively the previous generation RX and had an opportunity to drive this one in Las Vegas recently. On the positive it’s a Lexus and it will last forever nothing not even anything in Europe like Mercedes-Benz will match a Toyota product for functionality, reliability, and durability on the negative side, the previous generation was more distinctive looking. Lexa seems to be having a 67 stingray to 68 stingray moment like Chevrolet did back in the late 60s with the Corvette in the sense that the older car was superior to the new one but in general, if you need a new midsize luxury crossover, the Lexus RX remains the industry standard .

Okay, this is an older facility without all the excesses that are in so many new dealerships. I believe that the lower overhead results in a lower price for the customer. My sales person, Lou Margetis, was outstanding in answering my questions, making sure that I got to look at and drive all the vehicles that I was interested. Working with Lou, and Timothy Goodman, the New Car Director, I got what I thought was an excellent price on a new Kona SEL Plus, much better than any other Hyundai dealership. Then, Timothy Goodman made sure that I was taking advantage of all the Hyundai specials, and another $1000 came off - wow, now I had a deal that I could not refuse. I bought the Kona and drove it home that evening. Then, a few days later, Katarina, their customer relations specialist followed up, and was very helpful in answering a few questions and was sincerely interested that everything went well. It was an awesome experience, and I highly recommend this dealership. Finally, I was also very impressed that this dealership was taking the Covid-19 issue very seriously and making sure everyone was safely taken care of.

I am not one to place reviews but we experienced the most impressive service from Park Place Lexus. We purchased our second Lexus before realizing it did not have some of the features our older one did. We first talked to David Barrychuck, Parts Director, at Grapevine Park Place. We hadn't even bought our car at the Grapvine location. David went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.
