Initially all the technology was overwhelming. After getting to know the car, I really like it. I do miss the old push a button radio. You do have to take your eyes off the road to find a specific radio station.

I have driven extensively the previous generation RX and had an opportunity to drive this one in Las Vegas recently. On the positive it’s a Lexus and it will last forever nothing not even anything in Europe like Mercedes-Benz will match a Toyota product for functionality, reliability, and durability on the negative side, the previous generation was more distinctive looking. Lexa seems to be having a 67 stingray to 68 stingray moment like Chevrolet did back in the late 60s with the Corvette in the sense that the older car was superior to the new one but in general, if you need a new midsize luxury crossover, the Lexus RX remains the industry standard .

I enjoyed my experience at Lexus of Clearwater. As a first-time solo buyer and a woman, I felt confident and comfortable. There were no uncomfortable haggling moments or mysterious extra charges. They answered every question I had. My credit was run and I was offered a rate slightly lower than my bank had offered me which made the process even more smooth since I could complete everything there with the financial team on site. Sean Toth was my sales representative, and he was mindful to listen to what I wanted, even when my husband accompanied me the first time to look at the cars, Sean noted that it was me doing the buying. There was a car that almost met my needs and instead of any pressure to purchase, Sean was happy to let me take my time. Later an even better option became available and from there, Sean helped me through the process. I has my NX250 serviced today. My advisor was Jose. Prior to having my car serviced he explained everything to me and stated that it would take approximately an hour and a half. I also had a question about my audio system and he was able to answer it right away. My car was returned to me faster than Jose had started washed and ready to go. Jose was fantastic and I would highly recommend this dealership for all your needs.

Due to low inventory, when a truck delivers a dozen or more vehicles, everyone is picking up their vehicle at the same time. I sat around for an hour with nothing happening.
