Mens bathroom required cleaning. I waited three hours for repairs to be completed on my vehicle. I made two trips to the restroom. The bathroom was not clean when i arrived.. A few hours later, the bathroom had not been clean or refreshed.

Initially all the technology was overwhelming. After getting to know the car, I really like it. I do miss the old push a button radio. You do have to take your eyes off the road to find a specific radio station.

I have driven extensively the previous generation RX and had an opportunity to drive this one in Las Vegas recently. On the positive it’s a Lexus and it will last forever nothing not even anything in Europe like Mercedes-Benz will match a Toyota product for functionality, reliability, and durability on the negative side, the previous generation was more distinctive looking. Lexa seems to be having a 67 stingray to 68 stingray moment like Chevrolet did back in the late 60s with the Corvette in the sense that the older car was superior to the new one but in general, if you need a new midsize luxury crossover, the Lexus RX remains the industry standard .

They told me the 8 year old car I was buying was as n good shape. That was an understatement this car was phenomenal in like brand new condition. This was my first online buying experience of a car over 9 hours away (by car). Needless to say I was apprehensive. I am a picky car person like them clean all there and looking like new. Roley was very good at his ability to provide good directions in the purchase of a Lexus Vehicle but did offer different suggestions in order for us to decide on the best product with a fair price.

Arrived at 1109a and was driving off the lot in my “new to me” car at 12:35p. I walked into Lexus Southwest Houston on Dec 23,2025 just thinking to test drive a 2026 NX350. I dreaded this appointment because my previous car buying experiences via going through the back and forth negotiations. But to my surprise, My salesman Van Lim, he was very courteous, he listened to my needs without much haggling and less than an hour later I brought a new Lexus NX350 AWD premium and traded in my 2021 Mercedes GLC 300 with around 14,300 miles. I command this dealership for implementing the efficiency Sales SOP!

I had an appointment at 7am. There was a long waiting line before the service center opened. I hope there is a better sign or organization for the waiting line. Hans is the agent helping me. He is patient and very responsive. I will make an appointment with him next time.

Too crowded! I have purchased (6) cars from Sterling McCall; 5 have been Lexus?. My assistant was busy, I did not enjoy waiting 30 minutes in the car. He was courteous, informative yet rushed. Overall, the experience was ok!

Everyone was great and knowledgeable but the buying process was too long. The number of cars available was excellent. In general I was very pleased.
