Bought this 2017 Lexus RX 350 used. I always wanted one of these vehicles. I am not disappointed. Love how it drives and handles. Love the look. Plenty of room on the interior. My only complaint would be the front seat comfort. My Wife had a Acura MDX and it’s way more comfy. The seats in the MDX have more cushion and just all around more comfortable. One other thing is I wish it had the auto lock feature when you walk away with the key fob. Other than that it’s a sweet ride. Love the V6 and the transmission. Smooth shifting. Ride is soft. Cabin is very quiet. All in all I would rate it 9 out of 10 stars. I would buy it again!!

Eric was great, as usual. This was my 3rd new vehicle through him and I also sent a co-worker in who purchased too. The issue is not with the sales team, it’s with the finance dept. I am still waiting on resolution for an extended warranty I purchased with my new car last month. Shockingly the $$$mistake is in the dealers favor. 2 emails ghosted and no credit back to either my loan principal or my credit card. My suggestion is to just purchase the vehicle there and decline EVERYTHING the finance department offers then run out the door. Sales gets a 5, Finance dept 1 1/2. I will give them the rest of this week to keep up there end of the contract before I envolve corporate.

Since I bought this car I noticed when I apply break the both front wheels vibrate (Shake).It is more shaking when I drive down the slope on HWY. The mechanics suggested me to replace the front disc of both wheels.

This 2021 RX is a great vehicle, everything about the RX is high quality, quiet, quick, smooth, well built. Only complaint is cabin is built so tight that I farted in car at airport parking lot. Came back two weeks later from a trip overseas and it still stunk inside.

My 2011 Lexus RX 350 is an outstanding car. Fit and finish is impeccable. Other than a failed oil pump, no problems whatsoever. It is quiet and yet has plenty of power for merging on interstates. I highly recommend Lexus vehicles.

I received a loner vehicle while my 2014 ES 350 Mark Jacobson Lexus stayed overnite at Chantilly. I woke up today January 24 full of brightness started my loaner Lexus and off we went. I did one errand and was prepared to return the loaner. Engine refused to turn over. Called my Lexus service rep Hetty Stoner and turned me over to Lexus Roadside Assistance. Came with in 45 minutes and off we went to Chantilly. Constructive tips- please give a loaner with at least half tank of gas and inform customer as to start up procedure in every loaner vehicle. Weather permitting make sure all loaners have been cleaned and washed for eye candy effect. First cabin not log cabin. I love Pohanka Lexus. I am 80 years old and just finished up on a 36 month lease. It has 39k miles on it. I have had it professionally detailed twice since I owned it. The interior is saddle and the outside is black. Super Clean

I had a very positive experience with my sale’s person Chris and the finance manager Wyatt! They made the whole process smooth and easy. I appreciated their understanding of my wants and didn’t push anything extra on to me. One of the main reasons I chose to purchase form this dealership was their 5 day return policy and the warranty the cars come with. Ever since I moved from Volvo quite a few years ago I have stuck with Lexus RXs. From reading the worst years were w0017 through 2009 and I experienced that after I read about and I also learned that the best years are 2010 through 2015 In terms of suspension tuning and realiability. The best car for the money and AWD is the only way to go!

We bought this car in Jan2014 with under 39K miles. Now has 183K. Our second Lexus (our new 2007 ES350 had 238K when we sold it). Best car for the money. Local shop keeps it in top kit. My dog and I do 50-100 miles daily in the mountains. Wouldn’t change a thing on it. 18mpg all short trips. Great cargo room (Bogey dog agrees). Safe, comfortable, well-designed and put together. If it’s out there, I’d buy another one like it in a heart beat. Mo’ better than my 00 Boxster!

Love this car. Sitting in the driver’s seat is so comfortable. Silky smooth engine. Rides so nice and quiet. We have looked for this color Grecian water for a long time. Wanted no newer than a 2022 because we didn’t want the 4 cylinder. The 3.5 V6 runs so smooth. Would definitely recommend the purchase of this SUV.

My 2nd RX350. My 2019 RX350 was very nice, but my seat was uncomfortable. I purchased a used 2018 RX350 F Sport - so happy with this car! All the great upgrades and very comfy leather seats. Heater and fanned seats, heated steering wheel, great power, amazing handling, awesome stereo, use my Spotify on cell through bluetooth. So happy with this dependable SUV!

I Have owned five Rx350’s. I live in a rural town in South Carolina and drive a lot. I have a 15 that has 207000 trouble free miles. I’ve only done normal maintenance. I bought a 14 about a year ago that was one owner with 54000. It now has 76000 on it. The 15 was built in Canada and the 14 was build in Japan. We Love the Rx350 although We don’t like the body style on the 16 up.

Bought the RX with 130,000 miles on it and put on only 11,000 miles in the year. It's the, 'wife's' car. We use it a lot on the weekends. Had to replace the rear shocks which really improved an already smooth ride. A spouse complaint is that there is no where to put your sunglasses like you can on the ES. My RX is a 2012 so we do not have a heated steering wheel. Wish we did. Overall, we love the car, and will probably look for another used Lexus!! Smooth ride!

Not at all pushy, and was respectful of my wishes in a car and didn't try to sell me something I wasn't interested in. Finance department was very helpful and personable. I had a 2010 RX for 11 years and hated to part with it. Not fond of the aggressive looking grill but otherwise a gorgeous car. Big fan of Lexus cars and service.

This was the best car buying experience I have had. I have bought 3 used cars within this last year and I also bought one in 2022. I ended up at Auto Trademark because my 22-year-old Honda Accord was kaput. Auto trademark was a relaxed environment from the start. We test drove the 2013 BMW 535i drive with the sports package. We liked it but the A/C on passenger vent didn’t seem cool enough. Z offered to get that checked out and fixed. They also said we could but use a check from my HELOC, no high-pressure sales job for warranties or financing (which adds hours to the transaction and makes you feel exhausted). When I picked up the car after they fixed the A/C, I asked why this particular car had no floor mats (which they noted right away at the test drive), Farhan said they had wondered that too, and immediately offered to order replacement mats. I was thrilled. It was such a good experience and the price was reasonable. I’ll note that I didn’t negotiate, and the posted price on CarGurus was the $1,000 less than what I was charged because they note in the ad that it is listed assuming a military discount. But I had read that in the ad, so it was OK for me. I would recommend this auto dealership to anyone who is in the market for a nice used car and wants a positive buying experience.

This is my second RX and I’m so happy with the first, I need to get one again. The size is right for a woman, not to high nor low. Perfect for young and the old. I would have opted for the 2021 model if I’m not retired. The salesperson gave us a great deal we can’t refuse. This car will definitely take me to many places in style, comfort and value.

I love my new RX350! I love the Atomic silver and the styling. The technology is not real user friendly, but it can do a lot! It’s nice to drive, since it is so quiet and smooth riding. I paid cash but still hand to pay full retail price for the Certified 2021 with low miles. The dealership in Tulsa was great, though.
