Bought this 2017 Lexus RX 350 used. I always wanted one of these vehicles. I am not disappointed. Love how it drives and handles. Love the look. Plenty of room on the interior. My only complaint would be the front seat comfort. My Wife had a Acura MDX and it’s way more comfy. The seats in the MDX have more cushion and just all around more comfortable. One other thing is I wish it had the auto lock feature when you walk away with the key fob. Other than that it’s a sweet ride. Love the V6 and the transmission. Smooth shifting. Ride is soft. Cabin is very quiet. All in all I would rate it 9 out of 10 stars. I would buy it again!!

I Have owned five Rx350’s. I live in a rural town in South Carolina and drive a lot. I have a 15 that has 207000 trouble free miles. I’ve only done normal maintenance. I bought a 14 about a year ago that was one owner with 54000. It now has 76000 on it. The 15 was built in Canada and the 14 was build in Japan. We Love the Rx350 although We don’t like the body style on the 16 up.

Just picked up 2024 RX350 Premium+. Overall a nice car. I’m not a big fan of the 4 cyl. Powertrain however. Rather noisy and fuel economy is about the same as the 6 cyl. In my old 2019 RX with premium fuel required. Not a great trade off. New technology is pretty good and touch screen is much. Etter than the old RX touch pad. I think this is a better value than BMW X5 or Genesis GV80 with much better resale value.

Love this car. Sitting in the driver’s seat is so comfortable. Silky smooth engine. Rides so nice and quiet. We have looked for this color Grecian water for a long time. Wanted no newer than a 2022 because we didn’t want the 4 cylinder. The 3.5 V6 runs so smooth. Would definitely recommend the purchase of this SUV.

Since I bought this car I noticed when I apply break the both front wheels vibrate (Shake).It is more shaking when I drive down the slope on HWY. The mechanics suggested me to replace the front disc of both wheels.

Price is reasonable, salesman is very helpful and accommodating. However, have not picked up the vehicle yet.

If you don't need speed and you want a classy suv, this is it. The Lexus line are just phenomal cars, well build and reliable. Getting ready to buy another one

Bought the RX with 130,000 miles on it and put on only 11,000 miles in the year. It's the, 'wife's' car. We use it a lot on the weekends. Had to replace the rear shocks which really improved an already smooth ride. A spouse complaint is that there is no where to put your sunglasses like you can on the ES. My RX is a 2012 so we do not have a heated steering wheel. Wish we did. Overall, we love the car, and will probably look for another used Lexus!! Smooth ride!

We bought this car in Jan2014 with under 39K miles. Now has 183K. Our second Lexus (our new 2007 ES350 had 238K when we sold it). Best car for the money. Local shop keeps it in top kit. My dog and I do 50-100 miles daily in the mountains. Wouldn’t change a thing on it. 18mpg all short trips. Great cargo room (Bogey dog agrees). Safe, comfortable, well-designed and put together. If it’s out there, I’d buy another one like it in a heart beat. Mo’ better than my 00 Boxster!

I purchased my 2014 RX350 with 14,000 miles on it 5 years ago and have put 73,000 miles on it, mostly all highway and long distance cross states travel. I have kept regular maintenance ie oil changes, tires and alignments and now due some spark plugs. I have never owned a better, more reliable vehicle. 10 out of 10 would do it again.

This is my second RX and I’m so happy with the first, I need to get one again. The size is right for a woman, not to high nor low. Perfect for young and the old. I would have opted for the 2021 model if I’m not retired. The salesperson gave us a great deal we can’t refuse. This car will definitely take me to many places in style, comfort and value.

Have only had this 2015 Lex for about 5 weeks. OK so far. In my earlier 2 yrs' experience w a 2008 RX 350 and before that, 10 yrs with 2 ES 350s, these are comfortable & generally reliable but the cost of maintenance & repairs is at least twice that of a Toyota or Honda. Things like the rear door struts/rear door mechanism or hood struts breaking down, is one thing, but the main engine seal leaking hits you w a big bill.

The interior is spacious with all the amenities found in other mid-size luxury SUVs. When the windows are all up, it is very quiet. The engine and transmission are very smooth, quiet and powerful. The exterior design is elegant. The braking system is responsive and does not require too much force to adjust the braking distance. Overall, this is an excellent mid-size SUV.

Toyota of Plano has a great service department.Brent is very helpful and knowledgeable about the services recommended.

It might be early for my review, since we have only owned the car a month; however, the Lexus has so far lived up to its reputation. I'm still getting used to all the electronics, but there are a number of safety features that enhance the driving experience.

This is my 3rd Lexus, and second RX. Most reliable was my GX470. My RX350, 2016, F Sport is a very nice vehicle. I am disappointed in several common issues: Door lock fail (replaced twice on driver door), water pump fails (common problem), my panoramic sun roof black cover has also failed. I see other owners with the same issues. What is happening to Lexus quality? Maybe still better than most, but I assumed a car manufacturer would improve with time in quality? The issues noted above are common if you search.

After having a very unpleasant customer service experience with Jennifer Collins, a new service advisor was assigned to me. I was extremely pleased Clayton Fraizer. He took the time give me a call to introduce himself and was very warm, positive and professional. Once my vehicle was ready for pick-up, he called again, greeted me upon my arrival, and did a proper checkout to ensure that the window tint and window seal repair exceeded my expectations. As a brand new Mercedes Benz - Plano service department customer, I am happy to say that Clayton COMPLETELY turned around my overall experience and perceptions of this department. His customer service definitely matched the Mercedes Benz brand which is what I expected from the beginning. As a result, I will continue to work with him in the future.

I am 80 years old and just finished up on a 36 month lease. It has 39k miles on it. I have had it professionally detailed twice since I owned it. The interior is saddle and the outside is black. Super Clean

This 2021 RX is a great vehicle, everything about the RX is high quality, quiet, quick, smooth, well built. Only complaint is cabin is built so tight that I farted in car at airport parking lot. Came back two weeks later from a trip overseas and it still stunk inside.

I’ve had my 2024 RX 350 Premium AWD 5-door SUV (4x4) for a month now, and I couldn’t be more satisfied. The sleek black finish and luxurious interior give it a premium feel that matches its smooth ride. The AWD handles all road conditions like a dream, and the cabin is quiet, comfortable, and spacious. I bought my 2022 RX 350 Premium in February, it rides comfortably and the outward visibility is good, overall built in quality and safety features makes you feel at ease and confident on the road ahead, I’m 64 yrs old 6’2 230 lbs and both front ventilated seats are very comfortable. Don’t believe the hype of the Mark Levinson audio system which in itself an excellent addition adds up $$$ to the overall price and unless you have to drive a concert hall all day it is not needed, the built in quality HD system on the Premium suffices for most users, the added CD is a welcoming experience for an old gizzard like me and my classical CD’s. I do not care to start my vehicle using my smartphone, personally the Lexus app is not useful to me, as my choice is to start the vehicle the old fashion way key-fob in my pocket. Thus far I do not use the kick sensor for the power rear door it’s simply enough to touch the bottom on the rear tailgate. I find the touch pad user friendly, no convoluted problems using it on my 8’ inch screen, love the dials quality buttons on the 8 inch screen as well. This RX 350 2022 model is the last of the V6 smooth buttery engines with sufficient power and acceleration yet economical enough, it doesn’t require 91 octane gasoline as it is engineered to perform on 87 octane. Overall I’m very pleased with my 2022 RX 350 and plan to keep it until death keeps us apart. Thank you for reading my heartfelt review.
