This is my 3rd Lexus, and second RX. Most reliable was my GX470. My RX350, 2016, F Sport is a very nice vehicle. I am disappointed in several common issues: Door lock fail (replaced twice on driver door), water pump fails (common problem), my panoramic sun roof black cover has also failed. I see other owners with the same issues. What is happening to Lexus quality? Maybe still better than most, but I assumed a car manufacturer would improve with time in quality? The issues noted above are common if you search.

I made a long drive to look at a specific car. Lo and behold they actually did hold it for me! They were transparent about everything, no high pressure sales tactics, it was by far the best car buying experience I've had. The price was fair, and the finance team didn't pressure-upsell either. This is my second RX and I’m so happy with the first, I need to get one again. The size is right for a woman, not to high nor low. Perfect for young and the old. I would have opted for the 2021 model if I’m not retired. The salesperson gave us a great deal we can’t refuse. This car will definitely take me to many places in style, comfort and value.

Definitely, after the Lexus RX 350, you can only buy the new Lexus RX 350! There is no doubt about the choice. The car doesn't break down at all. It seems to me that it can serve forever, be inherited from grandfather to grandson, and will become a family legend if you love it like I do. Safe, comfortable, and passable everywhere, the Lexus RX 350 knows no problems on the roads, either in winter, or in the rain, or in swamps. At the same time, its elegant design will allow everyone around to admire it and want to buy this car. I’m in love with this set of comfort in the car interior - it’s never hot or cold, it’s warm and cozy, like home, regardless of the weather outside, long roads or difficulties in traveling. This is my number 1 choice. Only Lexus RX 350. It will never let you down! Verified.

This car net all my needs- I get a lot of compliments when I have passengers. Very good in gas per miles. Roomy in back seat- lots of leg room.

We have owned a 2004, 2011, and now 2016. They just keep getting better and better. The new transmission makes me smile when it comes to gas milage. This last 5000 mile road trip the average tank registered between 28 mpg to 32 mpg.

I Have owned five Rx350’s. I live in a rural town in South Carolina and drive a lot. I have a 15 that has 207000 trouble free miles. I’ve only done normal maintenance. I bought a 14 about a year ago that was one owner with 54000. It now has 76000 on it. The 15 was built in Canada and the 14 was build in Japan. We Love the Rx350 although We don’t like the body style on the 16 up.

Bought this 2017 Lexus RX 350 used. I always wanted one of these vehicles. I am not disappointed. Love how it drives and handles. Love the look. Plenty of room on the interior. My only complaint would be the front seat comfort. My Wife had a Acura MDX and it’s way more comfy. The seats in the MDX have more cushion and just all around more comfortable. One other thing is I wish it had the auto lock feature when you walk away with the key fob. Other than that it’s a sweet ride. Love the V6 and the transmission. Smooth shifting. Ride is soft. Cabin is very quiet. All in all I would rate it 9 out of 10 stars. I would buy it again!!

I recently purchased a car. After about a month, I noticed some grinding in my rear passenger tire. I gave my salesman Chris (Toyota west used cars) a call and told him what was going on. While it was a simple fix, one I probably could’ve done myself if I would’ve looked better, Chris had me bring it back in and the dealership looked at the car and took care of it. Since I bought this car I noticed when I apply break the both front wheels vibrate (Shake).It is more shaking when I drive down the slope on HWY. The mechanics suggested me to replace the front disc of both wheels.

Bought the RX with 130,000 miles on it and put on only 11,000 miles in the year. It's the, 'wife's' car. We use it a lot on the weekends. Had to replace the rear shocks which really improved an already smooth ride. A spouse complaint is that there is no where to put your sunglasses like you can on the ES. My RX is a 2012 so we do not have a heated steering wheel. Wish we did. Overall, we love the car, and will probably look for another used Lexus!! Smooth ride!

Bought this 2009 RX350 in September of 08. I've owned Volvo, Acura, Mercedes and Range Rover (the worst!). Just about to hit 300,000 miles with VERY few problems. Love the car. But as stated earlier in some reviews the dashboard has developed many hair line cracks. That's why I gave it a 4 on interior. But still the very best car I have ever owned and will now only buy Lexus/Toyota vehicles.

It is easy to drive and has aids, such as white line warning, to make it even easier. Maneuvers very well in parking lots and has backup help for added safety. The seats are wonderfully adjustable even for a 5'2" me. It is a comfortable easy drive for trips without the feeling of herding something down the road. Good, safe, family car.
