Used Lexus RX 350 for sale near St. Charles, IL

Working with the McGrath Lexus dealership was a pleasant experience. Our salesman did a great job describing what model Lexus would be best for our driving habits and family size. The car was delivered within 2 weeks and the finance office person was incredible. We drove our new beautiful Lexus 350h home very pleased all around!

Just picked up 2024 RX350 Premium+. Overall a nice car. I’m not a big fan of the 4 cyl. Powertrain however. Rather noisy and fuel economy is about the same as the 6 cyl. In my old 2019 RX with premium fuel required. Not a great trade off. New technology is pretty good and touch screen is much. Etter than the old RX touch pad. I think this is a better value than BMW X5 or Genesis GV80 with much better resale value.

Overall, very professional, progressed as a sale should, and they followed through on the details. Car arrived very clean, everything was included as expected. Transport service ran into some issues but they kept me in the loop and went out of their way to get the vehicle to us as quickly as they could (arrived at midnight and the driver still had 1 more stop to make, he was a nice as could be, and had no complaints - that is dedication). We are 180 miles away and Lexus of Naperville will be our new "go to" for Lexus vehicles. Closer dealers are not as transparent, and seem to be in the habit of wasting your time. It is hard to find a dealer that simply wants to sell a vehicle without playing any games. Lexus of Naperville is where you should go - ask for "Brendon" and "AP", they did a nice job. I didn't get a chance to work with her much, but Yvette was also very nice. Zach Paino from "Ship your car safely" was my contact for the transport.

Love this car. Sitting in the driver’s seat is so comfortable. Silky smooth engine. Rides so nice and quiet. We have looked for this color Grecian water for a long time. Wanted no newer than a 2022 because we didn’t want the 4 cylinder. The 3.5 V6 runs so smooth. Would definitely recommend the purchase of this SUV.

From the time I put in an online inquiry on a vehicle, to the time I stopped in to test drive and then completing the purchase - the entire experience was as smooth as possible including a little negotiating on my trades. This 2021 RX is a great vehicle, everything about the RX is high quality, quiet, quick, smooth, well built. Only complaint is cabin is built so tight that I farted in car at airport parking lot. Came back two weeks later from a trip overseas and it still stunk inside.

This is my 3rd Lexus, and second RX. Most reliable was my GX470. My RX350, 2016, F Sport is a very nice vehicle. I am disappointed in several common issues: Door lock fail (replaced twice on driver door), water pump fails (common problem), my panoramic sun roof black cover has also failed. I see other owners with the same issues. What is happening to Lexus quality? Maybe still better than most, but I assumed a car manufacturer would improve with time in quality? The issues noted above are common if you search.

I purchased my 2014 RX350 with 14,000 miles on it 5 years ago and have put 73,000 miles on it, mostly all highway and long distance cross states travel. I have kept regular maintenance ie oil changes, tires and alignments and now due some spark plugs. I have never owned a better, more reliable vehicle. 10 out of 10 would do it again.

Ever since I moved from Volvo quite a few years ago I have stuck with Lexus RXs. From reading the worst years were w0017 through 2009 and I experienced that after I read about and I also learned that the best years are 2010 through 2015 In terms of suspension tuning and realiability. The best car for the money and AWD is the only way to go!

Definitely, after the Lexus RX 350, you can only buy the new Lexus RX 350! There is no doubt about the choice. The car doesn't break down at all. It seems to me that it can serve forever, be inherited from grandfather to grandson, and will become a family legend if you love it like I do. Safe, comfortable, and passable everywhere, the Lexus RX 350 knows no problems on the roads, either in winter, or in the rain, or in swamps. At the same time, its elegant design will allow everyone around to admire it and want to buy this car. I’m in love with this set of comfort in the car interior - it’s never hot or cold, it’s warm and cozy, like home, regardless of the weather outside, long roads or difficulties in traveling. I had the absolute best experience buying my RX350 from Hendricks Lexus of Pleasanton. Absolutely no pressure, and my sales person was so knowledgeable. To be fair, he sells a great product which makes it easier but he still put in 100% effort and I sox months later I absolutely love my car. I have had it serviced and the experience has extended to that as well with caring, obviously happy staff that treat customers as family. They even videoed my service appointment to show me how everything was going! My RX350 is a space ship! It is so comfortable, so luxurious and feels so safe with so many features. It handles so well, has great pick up and the seats are incredibly comfortable. Features like camera rear view mirrors, heated steering wheel and the assisted driving are things I just didnt expect but am spoiled to enjoy!

Vlad was a great salesman. Very low pressure. The finance person was very persistent to the point of making us feel bullied with his pressure to buy warranties and add ons. After the sale I was disappointed that nobody offered to help set up the radio, phone, etc. When I asked, I was told nobody was available I should watch a YouTube video.

Bought this 2017 Lexus RX 350 used. I always wanted one of these vehicles. I am not disappointed. Love how it drives and handles. Love the look. Plenty of room on the interior. My only complaint would be the front seat comfort. My Wife had a Acura MDX and it’s way more comfy. The seats in the MDX have more cushion and just all around more comfortable. One other thing is I wish it had the auto lock feature when you walk away with the key fob. Other than that it’s a sweet ride. Love the V6 and the transmission. Smooth shifting. Ride is soft. Cabin is very quiet. All in all I would rate it 9 out of 10 stars. I would buy it again!!

Initially all the technology was overwhelming. After getting to know the car, I really like it. I do miss the old push a button radio. You do have to take your eyes off the road to find a specific radio station.

This is my second Lexus. I originally had an ES 350 which was a wonderful car. I am very happy with the Lexus RX It drives nicely, is roomy, spacious, comfortable, and is an excellent car to own

Bought the RX with 130,000 miles on it and put on only 11,000 miles in the year. It's the, 'wife's' car. We use it a lot on the weekends. Had to replace the rear shocks which really improved an already smooth ride. A spouse complaint is that there is no where to put your sunglasses like you can on the ES. My RX is a 2012 so we do not have a heated steering wheel. Wish we did. Overall, we love the car, and will probably look for another used Lexus!! Smooth ride!

I have driven extensively the previous generation RX and had an opportunity to drive this one in Las Vegas recently. On the positive it’s a Lexus and it will last forever nothing not even anything in Europe like Mercedes-Benz will match a Toyota product for functionality, reliability, and durability on the negative side, the previous generation was more distinctive looking. Lexa seems to be having a 67 stingray to 68 stingray moment like Chevrolet did back in the late 60s with the Corvette in the sense that the older car was superior to the new one but in general, if you need a new midsize luxury crossover, the Lexus RX remains the industry standard .

They called promptly and gave me information about the car but unfortunately this car wasn't eligible for a tax credit.
