Just picked up 2024 RX350 Premium+. Overall a nice car. I’m not a big fan of the 4 cyl. Powertrain however. Rather noisy and fuel economy is about the same as the 6 cyl. In my old 2019 RX with premium fuel required. Not a great trade off. New technology is pretty good and touch screen is much. Etter than the old RX touch pad. I think this is a better value than BMW X5 or Genesis GV80 with much better resale value.

I had the absolute best experience buying my RX350 from Hendricks Lexus of Pleasanton. Absolutely no pressure, and my sales person was so knowledgeable. To be fair, he sells a great product which makes it easier but he still put in 100% effort and I sox months later I absolutely love my car. I have had it serviced and the experience has extended to that as well with caring, obviously happy staff that treat customers as family. They even videoed my service appointment to show me how everything was going! My RX350 is a space ship! It is so comfortable, so luxurious and feels so safe with so many features. It handles so well, has great pick up and the seats are incredibly comfortable. Features like camera rear view mirrors, heated steering wheel and the assisted driving are things I just didnt expect but am spoiled to enjoy!

I have purchased dozens of cars in my lifetime. I have never had such an ejoyable experience as i had with the team at Motorworld Lexus today. First off we showed up kind of late to test drive the car we purchased. Every person we dealt with from Sales, Management and Finance was kind, courteous and very knowledgeable about their part in making sure they would have a satisfied customer. Our sales person, sales manager and finance manager wound up staying with us 2 hrs past closing to make sure we had a deal that done to our complete satisfaction. Love this car. Sitting in the driver’s seat is so comfortable. Silky smooth engine. Rides so nice and quiet. We have looked for this color Grecian water for a long time. Wanted no newer than a 2022 because we didn’t want the 4 cylinder. The 3.5 V6 runs so smooth. Would definitely recommend the purchase of this SUV.

Just purchased a new Highlander here and we cannot say enough about Jeff in Sales and the entire Leadcar staff we dealt with during the process!! We have bought a number of cars over the years, with some really great experiences, but this one topped them all. From the day I called and spoke with Jeff about buying a new Highlander, until 2 days later when we drove out the door, we were treated so well. Jeff was very knowledgeable & patient while answering our questions, allowed us all the time we needed to check out the vehicle & pick his brain, and was honest about everything. When we began to discuss costs, there was no shell game and he was upfront about all that we asked about. There were no hidden costs, he explained how the process would work, was fair with our trade and did all he could to be sure we were satisfied before we signed the bottom line. When we went to pick up the car the finance manager was just as professional and explained each and every page we were signing. Jeff patiently spent a great deal of time with us explaining all of the electronics and settings to ensure we were confident in how everything worked. He also provided his number so we could reach out with any questions after we drove it for a few days. Before calling Jeff, I was dealing with a local, "big name" dealer close to my home who was not nearly as customer focused as the folks at LeadCar.
