I get my cars serviced here. Whether its my 20-year old Scion or my recent-model Highlander, they are always very professional. They try to find ways to save on cost, because service at dealerships are always more expensive, but Patt Lobb service pros advocate for their clients as best they can. I don’t mind paying a little more for the level if service and professionalism they provide.

We were very pleased with our experience. Don was very quick to return my initial communication. He explained the procedure for us meeting and had the car ready for our examination. All care was taken to insure the cleanliness and contamination free condition of the car. The procedure for purchasing the car was smooth and followed social distancing standards. This car is great. The 2022s have enough technical gadgets, but not too many. I highly recommend it, especially to people who are not technically proficient!

I have always owned a Lexus. This RX-350 is an exceptional vehicle in all aspects except one. The GPS is not optimal. Everything else about the vehicle is great.

The new 2020 RX 350L is going to hard to beat in it's class for what I need from a car. It's quiet, smooth driving, luxurious and has that silky smooth Lexus transmission. The 3rd row seat is not for adults and best suited for children but I just need it for the space. The seats are comfortable and technology is overwhelming at first. Love the safety features of the new cars.

Car is ok but a very expensive Highlander! The same noisy weak highlander engine drivetrain, brakes. Honestly you’d be getting an almost equally car with the top of the line Toyota platinum Highlander , for less money
