Great luxury SUV especially for city and short trip. ONLY ONE (1) major complaint involves Lexus GPS system being the clumsiest of any vehicle I have driven or owned. The ONE complaint. Have owned 3 Lexus' SUV's and optimistically waited for Lexus to rectify AND introduce a gps system equal to all of the other technology pluses of Lexus....but ALAS. N O T! It is by far the best dealership experience I have ever had in the state of Arizona. They didn't try to sell me anything different than what I wanted. They worked with me and my schedule and sold me a good quality vehicle. They were nice and courteous.
