I bought a 2017 Prius C from you in 2021 and have been entirely pleased with it and with Rice's excellent and courteous service, so much so that II have continued to come to you for service since I moved to Raleigh early last year. PS I especially like working with your female service managers!. They are both knowledgable and efficient. The previous owner was a smoker and I, a long time ex-smoker. It took two treatments; but your salesman managed that admirably. (I am a life-long salesperson myself and know how aggravating it is to be taken away from selling to take care of the ancillary chores!) Additionally, I hasten to add my compliments to management for your excellent phone agent, Fernando Fuentes; he is courteous, competent and accommodating! Great luxury SUV especially for city and short trip. ONLY ONE (1) major complaint involves Lexus GPS system being the clumsiest of any vehicle I have driven or owned. The ONE complaint. Have owned 3 Lexus' SUV's and optimistically waited for Lexus to rectify AND introduce a gps system equal to all of the other technology pluses of Lexus....but ALAS. N O T! I used to owna 2010 Lexus RX 350 and i recently a 2015 Lexus RX 450h with 134k miles on it and so far I LOVE IT !!!! what i like about the Lexus Hybrid is of course the fuel econ, leather seats, and its very comfortable. Im not a big tech guy and it was pretty easy to learn all of the tech features of the vehicle. My payment is a little more then the honda crv i owned but the fuel savings will make up for it and more ( it was no brainer to buy ). If you want a vehicle that will last a long time and wont get tired of it in a year, go ahead and take the plunge you wont regret it !!!

After owning Toyotas since 1984, decided to upgrade to a Lexus…. Best decision I’ve ever made regarding SUV…. Sharp looking, beautiful interior, ride is very comfortable and hold its value…. It certainly won’t be my last!! Excellent reliability…. You won’t be disappointed!!

I had a flat tire and of course took it to my dealer, Germain Lexus. My regular rep was out and They assign Dan Rusunik who was excellent taking care of the problem and suggesting another policy since my warranty had expired. Thanks for all the great service.

A lot of improvements with the ride. It rides a lot smoother as what a luxury SUV should be. Touchscreen is now available which is better than using the laptop type touchpad. Better standard safety features like lane departure warning, lane keeping assist, adaptive cruise control, blind spot warning, rear collision alert, rear emergency braking, etc. Good value for the money.

My car was having transmission problems and the check engine came on. I called the service department and they told me to bring it in. They gave me a new CT5 as a loaner and kept me updated on the repairs to my car. About a week later my car was done. I am completely satisfied with the way they took care of me and my car. Interior, trim fit, in shop 3 times. (2) Wind noise ((1). Lexus did allegedly change manufacturing process on exterior doors panels 2020. Dealers, if you live in the lower southeastern geographical area Al, Fl, Ga. Dealers are sparse to basically non existent.

Experience has been very good. Salesman (Chris Corral) was helpful every step of the way. Explained intricacies of the auto very well. Have not interacted with service department yet.

I've had my 2020 Lexus RX450h for a year and it is a pleasure to drive. It has all of the accoutrements I waited for since purchasing my 2013 RX350. It has a bird’s eye view of the area surrounding the car, a touch screen monitor and a touch pad, many safety features like blind spot monitoring, lane and parking assist. It has triple head beams with cornering lighting and automatic high beam control. I wish I had added the heads-up display option, but I do enjoy the hands-free-leg-kick to open the tailgate option. The heated/AC seat option is very nice when needed!

Owned 4 different cars of the RX series. All had outstanding reliability. This is the first car that I encountered having a brake system issue before 140K miles - this car had a brake booster issue at 45K miles.

I live in TX, It was out of state purchase. I bought car without test drive. car came clean, full tank of gas. most important no surprise. all made east by Derek Jones. Simply The Best. Jones Great response with timely manner. good Follow-up. polite very respectful, Easy and smooth transaction. Stephanie Vaughan was very good as well. only feedback they need to sand paper work wright away. not 3 week later. some stat like Texas car need to register with in 30 day to avoid penalty.

The technology on the car is phenomenal . The car drives great and is a very comfortable ride. The hybrid mode is great around town. It saves a lot on money on gas!

I love the ability to customize the settings of my Lexus. The 450h is so quiet you can"t even tell it is running when it is in park and the miles per gallon is a great savings.

Unlike your typical car dealership! These folks got it going on. No pressure, knowledgeable, insightful, helpful and willing to work with you... I've been to dealerships up and down the Treasure coast, not saying there aren't other great dealerships, but this one stood out among most. My experience with the salesman Edison was anything but high-pressured. He was low keyed, compassionate, helpful and insightful. I love everything about this car. It handles great. The layout of the dash is perfect. The gas mileage is outstanding. The hatch back is great for golf clubs, hiking gear and biking gear. There is plenty of room for anything.

Ms. Mabie was great! She was very responsive to my questions and was quick to get back to me with my requests. Too bad it didn’t work out this time around, but will be keeping her in mind with future car purchases!

Comfortable for 4 people. Love the touch screen and Apple Play options. Mines has heated & cooled seats so it helps with this hot & cold flashes. Wish the cargo space was larger (previously owned a highlander). The kick bar to open the rear is terrible (works half the time). Overall value for the price was good. Would recommend to anyone wanting a smaller luxury suv.
