Milford Nissan review
Milford Nissan Rocks!!!! We have previously purchased 2 vehicles at Milford Nissan in the past few years. We just purchased our 3rd and 4th there in one day. My wife leased a brand new 2026 Nissan Frontier and I bought a 2019 Ram 1500 Classic Express. I recently purchased a 2026 Lexus NH350h from Lexus of Wilmington, and I wanted to share my experience. First, my salesperson Mandy was truly the best I’ve ever worked with. She was incredibly knowledgeable, caring, and made the entire process feel comfortable and pressure-free. Her customer service was outstanding, and she genuinely wanted to make sure I made the right decision. After taking the car home, I did run into a few customer service issues that initially dampened my excitement about the purchase and overall dealership experience. However, Andrew completely turned things around. He personally stepped in, took the time to resolve my concerns, and went above and beyond by walking me through all the advanced technology features in my new vehicle. Since my last car purchase was back in 2013, there was a lot to learn—and he made sure I felt confident and comfortable with everything. While the experience had a few bumps, the level of care and commitment to making things right ultimately made a big difference. Thank you to Mandy and Andrew for ensuring I drove away happy.

From top to bottom, front to back, inside and out there is little I would change on this vehicle. It's been a jewel to drive.

Never seen a dealership like this cars are open can see any car no pressure on any particular vehicle. They answered all of my questions clearly, walked me through the history and condition of the car, and were upfront about pricing, taxes, and fees.The negotiation and financing process were straightforward and transparent. Numbers matched what we discussed, and there were no surprise add‑ons pushed at the last minute. The paperwork was prepared quickly, and the team took time to explain each document before I signed. On delivery, the car was clean, fueled more than half which they make sure Everytime, and ready to go. A staff member went over the key features, paired my phone, and made sure I was comfortable with everything before leaving. Based on this experience, I would recommend this dealership to friends and family and would consider returning for my next purchase. Plus good refreshment for cookies and chips for kids, good coffee and other hot drinks were available. I haven't such even on big frenchises and new car dealerships. Awesome experience. 💯
2018 Lexus RX 450hL review
Third row seat is useless even for a toddler. I bought it used from Enterprise. All service up to date from Enterprise was from Lexus dealers. That's a great sales incentive. Good mileage for such a large vehicle but not up to EPA estimates. Most quiet vehicle I have ever owned and a great place to be on the interstate. Power is adequate. I expect and will get many years of service from this vehicle. The Toyota Hybrid system is the best available from any make and if you keep the hybrid air filter clean it will outlast the car.
