2018 Lexus RX 450hL review
I bought this car new in 2018. This is a superior SUV. GREAT MILEAGE for something this big. The driving position is perfect for me. No problems for the first five years, then this August the cruise control started acting up. Since this is a hybrid, each wheel is driven by a electric motor. In normal mode w/o cruise control the vehicle drives like new. However, when the cruise control is engaged, the car pulls to the right. I have to constantly keep the steering wheel straight. When I disengage the cruise control, the car stops pulling to the right. I mentioned it to my Lexus service rep and he said this is the first he's ever heard of it. No investigation into this issue was ever initiated.

Vann York Toyota review
I recently purchased a Toyota Camry at Rice Toyota and in doing so had an incident with Rice that left me unhappy! You can read what happened at dealerrater.com if interested. I told them they are making a mistake because I was going to purchase a car for my daughter. This past Friday I did just that. My daughter and I traveled to High Point and dealt with Vann York Toyota. We were just looking when a salesman came out and asked if he could help. It was Greg Reantillo and we had some questions about a couple cars in the lot and a couple we had seen on-line. Greg was very helpful, knowledgeable about all and any car we had questions about. He was not pushy, didn't act like he had something else to do. He took his time with us and my daughter whose decision it was liked him so Greg sold us a car! We dealt with Rodriguo in the finance office and he was very nice and he did a good job with us. We left happy and my daughter just purchased her first car and I am sure we will be back again! From top to bottom, front to back, inside and out there is little I would change on this vehicle. It's been a jewel to drive.
