4.95 Stars. Recently found a vehicle that I wanted, located on PricePro's lot in Ohio. (Im from Michigan) Communicated with John Velez, whom answered all my questions promptly. The car was priced low enough where no negotiations were needed. The dealership was able to do remote documentation for the sale. My only complaint, mild as it is, I bought a EV that should have been charged and ready for me when arriving. I drove from a state away to be informed their staff failed to plug it in over night. They rushed it down to a lvl3 charger and resolved the oversight! Besides the little xxxx up, I would buy again, I would recommend John Velez to you if your in the market for one of their vehicles.

We purchased a new 2025 Lexus GX550 on May 24, 2025 from Pohanka Lexus. Our experience with our sales consultant Maren Reynolds was excellent. We had been trying to purchase a GX550 since the 2025 models were released. We had been working with three Lexus dealers to get the vehicle we wanted and Maren was the only sales person to keep in contact and supply updates as to when the color and interior we specified would possibly be available. The whole process went extremely well and Maren supplied us with all the assistance we needed to get the job done. The people here were an absolute pleasure to do business with!!! They worked hard to earn my business and met my offered price. In fact, they came in LOWER than my offer by $500! Sunny Rohra was my salesperson and he took EXCELLENT care of me. Between coffee, cookies, jokes, small talk and getting me the best possible deal, I was VERY satisfied! Paul Mitchell in the Finance Dept was TERRIFIC!! I was in and out of there in 10 minutes! And Alex, the tech guy, was VERY helpful and patient. Overall, my experience was great. I would HIGHLY recommend Butler Lexus of South Atlanta! There were several Lexus dealers in my area, but being that they were unwilling to work with me, I made the hour long trip down to Butler and don't regret it one bit!
