I was reached out by Edgard against my query for a quote. From the get go he was super helpful and clear. He gave me a great deal and spent some 1.5 hour on the phone to go over all the numbers for the lease. Once I had all the numbers laid in front of me ( like MSRP, sale price, cap cost, adj cap cost, base rent, tax and final monthly premium) I knew I was getting a great deal. Hands down the best car buying experience I've ever had! AREZU (AZ) is truly amazing! I've been having a very difficult time finding a GX 460 in a specific trim and color locally in the SF Bay Area. I found the one I've been looking for, only issue it was at BH Lexus, 400 miles away...turns out, not an issue at all!! AZ went above and beyond to earn my business and make it very easy. I filled out the credit application online at noon, AZ had the car delivered to me in San Francisco at 7pm! Talk about service! Talk about going above and beyond.. I've been to most of the Lexus dealerships in the Bay Area and not one has come close to the level of professionalism and customer service I've received from Jim Falk Lexus Of Beverly Hills. When it comes to my family and purchasing vehicles we used to dread going to a car dealership like a kid going to the dentist. We were always on the defense waiting to hear their exaggerations or just straight up lies, being told one price only to be slapped with a way higher price and worst of all aggressive pushing of the car when it wasn't a good fit. Amir Mahdi was a joy to be around, upfront and honest from start to finish and driving away in my brand new SUV.
