This was my first time taking my Lexus for service at Cerritos. I was very happy with the wonderful service from my advisor Anais she was great. I was also very pleased with the comfortable waiting area as well as the fact it took less than the 3-4 hours quoted for my service to be completed. Definitely a 5 star experience.

I recently purchased a 2026 Lexus NX300h from Lexus of Cerritos, and I had a truly excellent experience with my sales associate Christopher Ledezma. He was very helpful throughout the entire process and took the time to clearly explain every detail, which made me feel very comfortable and confident with my purchase.
