We bought a Lexus from here today. By FAR the best buying experience I’ve had. I had originally inquired about this vehicle a month prior but it was already reserved. My wife and I live in OKC. We shopped 3 different Lexus dealers for a new RC 350 and Grant Smith at Lexus of Wichita was easily the most responsive. He was pleasant, professional and we felt no pressure in dealing with him. He found what we wanted (the car we wanted was intended for another dealer and he and the staff negotiated to trade allocations.) We traveled from OKC when our car arrived. We spent about an hour and a half visiting while he completed the paperwork. Very relaxed and even the "additional options/warranties" offer took only 10 minutes with no pressure. I'm 56 and this was the best car-buying experience I've ever had.

Bought my car about three years ago from Vince at Easton. We had such a positive experience that my husband bought his truck last year. In between, I suggested to my mother that she call Vince and buy her car, she did, and was very satisfied with the car, Vince and the entire process. I purchased 2025 RX350 last week at Hendrick Lexus and had the best experience. Alexai Dowell was my salesman and was outstanding. Besides finding a great car for me at a good purchase price, he was very friendly and gracious. The dealership was first class all the way and offered complimentary refreshments. They also had an IT guy spend 30 minutes with me teaching me how to use the interface, technology, and other features of my car. I also liked the big red bow on top of my car. Everything was first rate!
