Kim was so patient with all of my questions; I really appreciated how well she knew the cars and the buying process. If there were 6 stars I would give her a 6-star rating. The financial discussion with Sam was also seamless, he was so kind with all of my many questions and he too, patiently reiterated information when I became confused. What a great team you have there at Lexus of Henderson. I will definitely request Kim and Sam for my next car buying experience.

I purchased my new vehicle from Stevinson Lexus of Frederick in Aug 2024. Jodi W. was my sales consultant and I couldn’t have asked for a better person to work with. She was very professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable about Lexus. Since I live almost 60 miles away, Jodi helped me out a lot by negotiating my trade-in value and new vehicle price over the phone. It made the overall purchase process much faster as I was able to get in and out of the dealership under 2 hours. Scott A. was very patient with me. He went over the vehicle with me and helped me set it up the way I wanted it and configured everything to my phone. Piece Lexus dealership until they tried to sell me two tires [over$500] saying they were not repairable. I went to Atlantic Tire and was told there were no leaks or issues with the tire.

My service writer is the best Chis is professional, caring, calm and respectful honest person his team is awesome the ladies that answered the phone are polite, professional very helpful and caring- I had an issue with my battery on a Saturday and they worked me into the service schedule even though I had and appointment for a oil change the coming Wednesday they were able to get me in an address the need for a new battery and the oil change I am for ever grateful, I always receive outstanding service from Chris and the entire service department.
