Picked the RX350 off the website while it was in transit. Paul reached out to me and I let him know that I was extremely interested in the vehicle. We arranged to have it held for us. We got there shortly after they opened and were met by Paul. After a short test drive we went back to the dealership and completed the deal. The time to complete the transaction was long, but not excessive. They also provided water and snacks. I’m very very happy with my new RX350 and will go back for my next one.

Customer driven and first class service and very friendly. I was treated very well and all of my questions were answered. All team members had a very positive attitude.

Friendly, no high pressure, went above and beyond to make my deal work. Provided comfortable lounge when waiting. Stayed late to get car cleaned and ready for me to take home that evening.

Came in late in day to look at several well priced. Salesman, Mark Green helped with his knowledge of vehicles and allowed me to leave lot with carfax reports of vehicles I was considering. Great sales experience. Service is also tops as I have had my current vehicle serviced once so far.

Arrived at 1109a and was driving off the lot in my “new to me” car at 12:35p. I drove 2 hours to buy the car since he manage to give me a very good price and a great service. Al is one of the best , he drove my car to LA , walked me through all the steps to connect my phone to the car and more , he offered to be available for me with any future questions . He offered to drive back the next day on his day off from work to help me with paper work on selling my old car . Al fallowed up with me for 2 days to make sure I am all being taking care .
