Lexus of Cherry Hill review
I recently purchased an iPhone 17 Pro Max and attempted to pair it with my Lexus, but after several unsuccessful tries, I decided to stop by the dealership for assistance. It was Friday around 5:00 p.m., and I was told that Chris, the technician, might have already left for the day. Fortunately, he was still there and willing to help. Chris came out and greeted both my husband and me warmly, asking how he could assist us. I explained that I was trying to pair my phone, but the word “pair” never appeared on the screen. We got in the car, and not only did he take the time to pair my iPhone, but he also helped set up the navigation system and program my favorites. I left as a very happy customer. This has been by far the best car buying experience we have ever had! We had the great privilege to work with Josh, who takes the art of selling to a new level. He is professional, knowledgable and very amiable. No high pressure sales pitch...just a wealth of knowledge regarding the inventory, and an appreciation of customer circumstances. In the end, we purchased a used RX350, plus an unexpected bonus of a sweet CT200hybrid for a great price! This dealership gives fabulous pricing from the start, so there isn't much incentive to haggle. In addition, when purchasing L-certified vehicles, the cars are in splendid condition, and there is the amazing bonus of free carwashes for the life of the car! What a brilliant Perk! Bought my car about three years ago from Vince at Easton. We had such a positive experience that my husband bought his truck last year. In between, I suggested to my mother that she call Vince and buy her car, she did, and was very satisfied with the car, Vince and the entire process. A few months ago, my sister needed a car....yep....called Vince and now she is driving an awesome, like new car! Of course she is just as satisfied as the rest of us were! By the way, we live almost two hours away from Car Max Easton. Worth the trip! Whenever I am ready to trade, I will be calling Vince! As a matter of fact, I was very surprised to see anything other five star reviews. None of us had even one complaint.
