I am not one to place reviews but we experienced the most impressive service from Park Place Lexus. We purchased our second Lexus before realizing it did not have some of the features our older one did. We first talked to David Barrychuck, Parts Director, at Grapevine Park Place. Excellent service. Raymond and Johnny were great. Raymond kept me well informed during the service. I spent four hours there due to a repair. I watched Johnny for most of that time while I was sitting ioutside. Inside was freezing. Johnny was amazing. He never stopped moving. He did various things—-answering questions, driving cars, directing people etc. it was a well orchestrated service dept and he appeared to have much to do with it being so. He knew everything. Maybe he is the service manager. He was always courteous and explained things well. Everyone I had contact with was courteous and pleasant.

I purchased 3 cars from Carlton at TCL over the years, but due to geographics I don't do much with them anymore. I needed a receipt from a year ago for some minor parts I purchased. I sent a request and literally within minutes Stewart in parts emailed me the receipt. It has to be the worlds record. I have forgotten how good they are.

Ryan Benipayo was incredibly easy to work with - available, knowledgeable, and very helpful. New cars today are extremely complicated for this nontechnical buyer who's first car was a 1954 Plymouth with push-button gear shift! Imagine, if you will, the ability to understand and explain the workings of all of the Toyota models available! Also, Ryan was most effective in assessing my existing trade-in so that he could give a reasonable and understandable offer and then give me a reasonable quote on the trade! Very calm and patient, Ryan is always helpful and patient.
