The first this I want people to know is the salesman, Omar was fantastic and very helpful finding a car for me. The first week of December I totaled my 2019 Highlander Platinum, and the most important thing was that nobody was hurt. So when we discussed replacement car, I wanted another Platinum Highlander, but a new one. Little did I know how rare they were a this point. Omar at Pearson Toyota was able within a few minutes found me one to look.at. It was a Grand Highlander Platinum and had under 5000 miles, and was beautiful. It had everything I wanted and had never been sold to anyone. Omar and the entire staff at Pearson worked so hard and now less than 48 hours later it is sitting in my driveway. They made what for me is usually a very stressful situation very easy,plus everyone was so very kind. I would recommend Omar to anyone looking for a car. We found a Lexus RX on Cars.com that had just been returned from a lease?it wasn?t even on the dealer?s website yet and there were no photos. We were in Ft. Lauderdale on vacation and about to head home, but I called Lexus of Clearwater first thing Sunday morning when they opened at 11:00. Caleb answered right away, I explained that we were from out of town and needed to quickly change our travel plans if we were going to be able to see the car before returning home to Tennessee. He offered to personally check out the car and FaceTime us so we could see it and make sure it was what we wanted. Everything looked great, so they arranged to hold the car while we traveled. We arrived at the dealership Monday morning. Caleb was not there yet so Seth showed us the car and we took it for a drive, and completed the purchase. The entire process was smooth and professional. Everyone we met was friendly and respectful?a big contrast to another dealership we visited in Miami. They even helped coordinate transportation for the vehicle once we purchased it?which several other dealerships had refused to do. Yes, it cost a bit more than arranging it ourselves, but the convenience was absolutely worth it since we were pressed for time. We worked mainly with Caleb and Seth, and both were fantastic?knowledgeable, straightforward, and genuinely helpful. The car was delivered exactly as promised, and they?ve followed up multiple times since to make sure everything is going well. Overall, an outstanding experience from start to finish.
