I recently brought my Lexus RX 350 in for servicing and had the pleasure of working with Luis Cassanova, who provided exceptional support. However, Luis explained that only necessary services were required, which alleviated my concerns. Very professional and welcoming sales staff, especially Maren, which is who I worked with. Not at all pushy, and was respectful of my wishes in a car and didn't try to sell me something I wasn't interested in. Finance department was very helpful and personable. The entire experience from start to finish was warm and welcoming. I felt appreciated and respected.

We traded in two Lexus cars for one new one. Serigne did an awesome job handling the complex transaction. He and the dealership management gave us a deal we felt good about. This is not our first purchase from Lexus Rivercenter and we will likely return. It’s the best Lexus dealer in the region.

The service advisor Matthew was very polite, patient, helpful, knowledgeable and answered lots of my questions very well. During the 30000 mile maintenance, he and his crew found and root caused a rear brake issue and fixed it. It was because some parts were not lubricated well enough, the rear brake pads were worn unevenly, and the inner pad was gone while the outer one still had half thickness left, he helped contacted volvo to take care of the charges to replace the rear brakes pads and routers and lubricated the part well to prevent this from happening. The renovated dealership building is very beautiful, the seats were comfortable and wifi was fast, I like the area with 2 cubes where people can carry on their work while waiting.

Mike Simms was a joy to work with. He Made buying a car easy and we had an overall great experience. We would definitely buy from him again.

When it comes to my family and purchasing vehicles we used to dread going to a car dealership like a kid going to the dentist. We were always on the defense waiting to hear their exaggerations or just straight up lies, being told one price only to be slapped with a way higher price and worst of all aggressive pushing of the car when it wasn't a good fit. Amir Mahdi was a joy to be around, upfront and honest from start to finish and driving away in my brand new SUV.
