Clayton at Stevenson Toyota West is the ABSOLUTE BEST. Please acknowledge his OUTSTANDING customer service. He deserves a raise! ????? From the moment that he returned my phone call, and went over, in detail, and with a lot of patience, the issues that were explained to me (yup, I am a middle aged woman, who knows absolutely nothing about cars, lol), and what he recommended was really refreshing, especially when it comes to having car troubles. The first problem, that was overlooked by others, was that my back brakes were shot.... He took the time to keep me posted, while my car was getting fixed, and when it got extremely busy, he was amazing with every customer that came in. I'm going to have my Toyota serviced again, and I would, and will, highly recommend this specific Toyota dealership, because of Clayton.
