I used the Costco Auto program and set up an appointment to look at the new Lexus RX-350h at Lexus Carlsbad. I met Walid Doumit in the parking lot and we went inside. I told him that Costco encouraged me to speak with the specified names on the list. Walid introduced me to Mauricio Tabar who was the manager and was on the list. Mauricio told me that Walid would be glad to show me the cars I was interested in and help me out. Walid told me he had 33 years service at the dealership and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful explaining all the different features on the cars. He was very easy to talk with and I would highly recommend requesting him in the future. Mauricio also checked in with us a few times and was very straight forward. I was very impressed with the people at Lexus Carlsbad.

When I approached Carlsbad Lexus, I was greeted and said I had seen an ad for good deals on leasing. I was immediately introduced to Cortney Garner who from that moment understood what I wanted and what I would need to complete the deal. Her help did not stop there.
