my wife and I were looking for an MDX, had been looking several weeks, when we recently stopped by Jerry Hunt Auto...we were assigned to salesman, Axel Camargo, who was friendly, polite, helpful, and knowledgeable about the car we desired. He found nothing that day, suggested close alternatives,etc. but we chose to wait. Axel continued the hunt for what we wanted, which showed up on Cars.com and was at Jerry Hunt's. Alex was called by us, showed us that car, not pushy, though, and we made the purchase. He followed up with us a few days later, which was nice of him. Jodi Wersen is an outstanding salesperson. She was patient, kind, knowledgeable and the best salesperson we ever worked with. She allowed us to figure out which Lexus vehicle car was the best for us. She didn't apply any sales pressure and is an amazing person. Jodi went above and beyond to help us. She has a ton of experience and was an absolute pleasure to work with. She found 'my' car based on what I wanted and this car was found in a shorter amount of time than she initially estimated. The whole experience was outstanding. I am not one to place reviews but we experienced the most impressive service from Park Place Lexus. We purchased our second Lexus before realizing it did not have some of the features our older one did. We first talked to David Barrychuck, Parts Director, at Grapevine Park Place. We hadn't even bought our car at the Grapvine location. David went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.
