Lithia Chrysler Jeep Dodge of Billings review
I didn't have to wait for assistance. The salesman was very knowledgeable and courteous. I found the car I wanted, in the price range, year and mileage that I wanted. So I purchased it. The paperwork was done quickly and I was on my way home.

When asking questions about financing a new car, I was talking to Dominick. He was very good at explaining everything to me. I am on a fixed income and still deciding.
2020 Lexus ES 350 review
In my opinion, the 2020 Lexus ES is the best midsize sedan on the market. Featuring a 3.5L Naturally aspirated V6 making 302 HP and 267 (not 266) pounds feet of torque, it’s 195 inches long with a wheel base of 113 inches which makes this drive like a boat, it drives a lot like its bigger brother, the LS—luxurious and composed— but that’s more of a yacht compare to ES. Firstly I’m going to highlight my experience with the car daily driving it. I absolutely love this car, on start up while the engine is cold it is a bit jerky, I’m referring to the Asian 8 speed tranny, it doesn’t like cold fluids what so ever, the engine is loud as it use direct injection instead of the port injection (D4s) while cold. But after it warms up it’s like floating on a cloud, even over bostons worst roads, wind noise is minimal, road noise is non existence and the ambiance of the cabin is amazing, I love driving it, dry smooth, I doesn’t hunt for gears as much as people say but it does jerk at times at low speeds especially if your coming to a stop and you let on the gas instead of hitting zero, it shocks the car and the tranny jerks you into 2nd, turns are very bubbly you feel like your on a bouncy castle, I also need to highlight the personality of ES, 302 HP.. this ain’t no itty bitty 4 banger, ain’t no civic, this is an ES, its own world, it’s fast.. it has no forced induction so from a roll yes you are slow but highway speeds? Man the linear power delivery, it’s so smooth and fast, I can go 120 no problem, I love it so much, but that’s not what the cars about.. but I can be.. it has its limits. The FWD system is fine, 0 torque steer.. I mean there’s a bit but it only becomes prominent if you don’t know how to drive lol, the unibody construction is very planted and structurally intact. It can take an emergency panic steer at 45 MPH easy & hard breaking is done like a champ. The triple beam head lights are amazing the way they follow the direction of the wheel at night. I don’t really have any complaints about ES, besides that jerky tranny but it’s only on cold starts and only when you don’t know how to drive it. The safety systems are lovely, I really like the Lexus touch pad, I love seeing my screen on a sunny day finger print free!! Makes it look elegant, never been a touch screen fan to begin with, I just don’t like how Lexus stops you from being able to interact with the touch pad while the car is in motion but it’s a safety feature. It’s not a perfect car but xxxx is it a great one.. I had Lexus’ my whole life so maybe I’m biased.. I encourage reads to look up the downs sides.. you’ll see people always say the tranny is jerky.. nothing else beside that. And the maintenance? Can’t beat 90$ at the DEALERSHIP I love it, it’s cheap to run and oh it takes regular!! Huge win!! People turn heads when in drive in.. because I have THE Lexus ES, guys skip the base get the triple beams and it elevates your car, the ultra luxury package is amazing, I have every available option you could of speced back in 2020, it’s just such a nice car I love it!!! Please guys buy an ES if you want a smooth reliable comfortable sedan, if you wanna go go go, or something cheaper get a BMW. Or a Honda.

2024 Lexus LX 600 review
We purchased a 2024 LX600 F Sport about 6 months and really enjoy it. While we are a Lexus family, we did an exhaustive search of all luxury SUVs before settling on the LX. What we like about the LX: it's a beautiful vehicle inside and out. We love the exterior styling and glad we ended up with the F Sport trim. The interior is gorgeous with impeccable fit and finish. The seats are very comfortable. We like the way it rides. This SUV is built like a tank. No question it is way overbuilt. As long as the Twin Turbo V6 holds up (see some of the issues on the Toyota Tundra), this vehicle should last a very, very long time which is rare these days. We also like how the LXs hold their resale value so much better than any other luxury SUV which will help with overall operating cost. What we don't like as much: smallish gas tank + not great gas mileage = frequent stops at the gas station. There aren't as many bells and whistles as you will find on an Escalade and X7 (more stuff to break in our opinion). While it is about the right size for us, it's does not have as much interior room as other 3-row SUVs. The price - is this (or any car) worth $106k-116k? Overall we love the LX600. It's not perfect but nothing else out there is.

2019 Lexus LS 500 review
After spending considerable time behind the wheel of the 2025 Lexus LS 500 Luxury, I can confidently say this flagship sedan represents the pinnacle of what luxury motoring should be. In a world where German competitors often prioritize technology over refinement, the LS 500 strikes a perfect balance between cutting-edge innovation and timeless elegance. Power Meets Poise The twin-turbocharged 3.5-liter V6 engine delivers 416 horsepower with the kind of effortless authority that makes highway merging feel like floating on air. Unlike the aggressive, almost harsh delivery of its German rivals, the LS 500’s power comes wrapped in silk. The 10-speed automatic transmission is so smooth you’ll forget it exists, seamlessly selecting gears with an intelligence that seems to read your mind. Interior Sanctuary Step inside, and you’re immediately enveloped in what can only be described as a mobile sanctuary. The hand-pleated leather seats cradle you with the precision of a master craftsman, while the available 28-way power adjustment ensures every driver finds their perfect position. The cabin’s attention to detail is extraordinary – from the perfectly weighted controls to the whisper-quiet operation of every switch and button. The Mark Levinson premium audio system transforms the cabin into a concert hall, delivering sound quality that rivals dedicated listening rooms. Whether you’re enjoying classical symphonies or contemporary music, every note arrives with crystalline clarity and depth that makes long drives a genuine pleasure. Technology That Enhances, Never Overwhelms While competitors burden drivers with overly complex infotainment systems, Lexus has created technology that feels intuitive and purposeful. The 12.3-inch multimedia display responds quickly and logically, while the available head-up display projects essential information exactly where you need it. The Safety System+ 2.5 works seamlessly in the background, providing confidence without intrusion. The Art of the Ride Where the LS 500 truly shines is in its ability to isolate occupants from the outside world while maintaining a connection to the road. The air suspension system glides over imperfections that would unsettle lesser vehicles, yet maintains enough feedback to remind you you’re piloting a performance-oriented luxury sedan. It’s a magic carpet that can still carve corners when called upon. Build Quality Beyond Reproach Every surface, every joint, every component speaks to Lexus’s obsession with perfection. Panel gaps are laser-precise, materials feel substantial and authentic, and the overall impression is one of a vehicle built to last decades, not just years. This is craftsmanship in an age of mass production. The Ownership Experience Perhaps most importantly, the LS 500 delivers peace of mind that German competitors simply cannot match. Lexus’s legendary reliability means fewer unexpected visits to the service department and lower long-term ownership costs. When service is needed, the white-glove treatment at Lexus dealerships makes even routine maintenance feel special. Final Thoughts The Lexus LS 500 Luxury isn’t just transportation – it’s a statement about valuing quality, refinement, and thoughtful engineering over flashy gadgetry and aggressive styling. In a segment obsessed with 0-60 times and technology features, the LS reminds us that luxury should first and foremost be about making every journey memorable for all the right reasons. For those seeking the ultimate expression of automotive luxury without the compromises that often come with European alternatives, the LS 500 Luxury stands alone. It’s not just one of the best luxury sedans you can buy – it’s a rolling testament to what happens when master craftsmen are given the time and resources to create something truly exceptional. Highly Recommended - A rare gem in today’s automotive landscape that rewards its select few owners with an unparalleled luxury experience.

Willrodt Ford, Inc. review
My family and I were on our way home to Phoenix from a road trip to visit my sister in St. Paul, MN. As we were driving down the I-90W near Chamberlain, a fairly large deer decided to play 'Chicken' with my 2008 Nissan Armada. Neither party walked away from the duel; the deer still lays on the side of the road near mile marker 265 and the Armada was towed to a towing facility not more than 500 yards from the site of the incident. It was 3am and so the local police dropped me and my family off at the hotel and I filed my claim with the insurance company (Metlife). In the morning I woke up and called a local body shop to have them go inspect my vehicle to see if they could get us back on the road; fortunately or unfortunately the body shop suggested the car was a total loss. I spoke with an adjuster at Metlife and asked them some very important questions: 1. What do I do about a rental car? 2. What do I do about my luggage? 3. What do I do about my Cargo Carrier (metal basket that connects via my towing hitch receiver)? The adjuster informed me that I was more than 30 miles from the nearest rental car company they worked with so I was on my own there. They suggested I find a rental car that would suit our needs (7 people and a bunch of luggage) and they would cover up to $40/day for 30 days. Other than that they'd send out an appraiser in the next couple of days and let me know if they'd pay to fix it or pay me for the loss of the vehicle. Every rental car company I spoke with (hundreds of miles from me) told me they would not let me attach my cargo carrier to any of their vehicles and the best they could do for me was get me a minivan, which would hold the family but not our luggage - highway yard sale perhaps? uggh. :( Here I sit 200 miles from the nearest town with a rental car company, with five young children who are sick of eating from the gas station next to the hotel, with no means of transportation, and no plan in site. I was literally in tears...the night before the police officer and the hotel clerk had suggested I contact the local car dealer because he had been known to help people out. They each wrote down Willrodt Ford and the phone number on separate sticky notes - so I pulled one out of my pocket and dialed the number. A gentleman answered the phone and within two minutes told me that he'd have someone at the hotel shortly to bring me by the dealership and see what could be done. I got to the dealership and explained my situation to Pat - he pointed to a Chevy Suburban that would seat my family and had a tow hitch!! In less than five minutes I was in the Suburban driving back to our hotel to show my wife the car. I was extremely nervous but the vehicle seemed to drive well and my wife said it would work. I went back to the dealership and told them I was nervous about the vehicle and asked if they minded that I have it looked at by a local mechanic - they said no problem and let me drive away again! I was able to get my stuff out of my wrecked vehicle, feed my children, and load our stuff from the hotel into the Suburban...without every signing a thing. I called around to some mechanics asking them to do a look-over and when they heard I was buying from Willrodt they agreed to test drive it but said, "Those guys are reputable. I've never seen them steer anyone wrong and I think you'll be fine driving it to Phoenix." I was shocked so I called the next nearest car dealership and they said almost the same thing. I made up my mind to buy the vehicle. The paperwork process took about 15 minutes and I paid about half of what I expected to pay for a comparable vehicle. Willrodt Ford turned a dire situation into a solved situation (we even made it to Mt. Rushmore and Crazy Horse!!) and really helped my family out. I'm not sure I'll ever be in South Dakota again but if I were a resident I wouldn't buy my vehicles anywhere else. Great guys -- I cannot say enough to express my thanks.
2013 Lexus GX 460 review
This is probably going to be the best car I ever own! Highly reliable, easy to drive and fun to go off roading in. This is the Lexus version of the Toyota Land Cruiser Prado and that should be enough information right there. If you get one of these beast, hold on to it!

2011 Lexus LS 460 review
Just a spectacular vehicle. Quiet, comfortable, a joy to drive. While I am not knocking American auto workers, I like the fact this one is only made in Japan, I think their reliability is even better. Whenever I get in another car, it's ride pales in comparison to my LS460L.

Willrodt Ford, Inc. review
Driving cross country with my son, who was moving to Iowa from Washington state. His 2002 Toyota with 200K + gave up on I90 on the Missouri bridge and he had to be towed to a shop. Willrodt Ford was the only shop in Chamberlin that would make time to look at it. Got there and could plainly see the cracked engine block. Patrick in sales did a great job working with us in my son's budget and set him up in used car that my son now loves. No high pressure sales, no unpleasantness, got back on the road and finished the trip in a lot nicer car than we started in. Only slight delay was they wanted to to a full lube and oil before we drove off. If they weren't so far from Seattle, I'd be looking there for my next car too.
2017 Lexus RX 350 review
Bought this 2017 Lexus RX 350 used. I always wanted one of these vehicles. I am not disappointed. Love how it drives and handles. Love the look. Plenty of room on the interior. My only complaint would be the front seat comfort. My Wife had a Acura MDX and it’s way more comfy. The seats in the MDX have more cushion and just all around more comfortable. One other thing is I wish it had the auto lock feature when you walk away with the key fob. Other than that it’s a sweet ride. Love the V6 and the transmission. Smooth shifting. Ride is soft. Cabin is very quiet. All in all I would rate it 9 out of 10 stars. I would buy it again!!

Cowboy Dodge Chrysler Jeep RAM review
Josh, was my service writer I left my Jeep over the weekend at cowboy dodge drop off. One reason I dropped off there is because I trust Cowboy Dodge, Josh contacted me and let me know they would check it out for me. Long story short it’s fixed they took the time to wash it and had it ready when promised. Great job Josh, and Cowboy Dodge!!
2015 Lexus NX 200t review
Love this SUV! It's futuristic exterior design caught my attention! Purchased brand new currently has 78,000. PROS: Extremely reliable and comfortable, quick, well-built, faux leather seats (much easier to take care of than leather), Sleek and sporty design, modern - NO wood interior! In 2015 Lexus accomplished what no other car maker ever did - All of their cars received the highest reliability rating! Had many cars and the NX is by far is the best! CONS: Touchy & frustrating mouse pad - jumps all over the place, display screen too small, requires premium gas, old and out of place analog clock.
