The service department is top notch. Everyone is friendly, professional, knowledgeable. Waiting room is comfortable with soft drinks & coffee. The only negative comment is on scheduling the appointment with a bot. They took away a person and replaced it with AI. If you don’t say something on their script, they can’t respond. I don’t consider that good customer service.

I have only been living in Chattanooga 3 months and scheduled my older Fusion for an overdue recall, or two. I bought a fully loaded 2016 RCF about 6mos. 34,XXXmi in great condition for $47K. What surprised me most about this car was the handling. Acceleration and braking are also really good. I love the exclusivity of this car. Since I've owned it, I haven't seen another one on the road. I get compliments all the time. It really is a fun beautiful car!

Service department has always been quick. This last time I came in Randy got me in and out in less than 30mins with an oil change and tire rotation. He communicated clearly and helped with answering questions I had regarding paint, touch ups, and scratches. I recommend going for service during the week days and not on the weekends and always having an appointment.
