My experience buying a new car from Kendall Ford of Meridian was outstanding! I was initially trying to buy a new Ford Bronco for my 16 year old daughter's first car here locally in Virginia Beach. My local dealers tried to help me but just did not have the inventory or any good deals on a particular Bronco my daughter wanted. In addition he negotiated and saved me over $4000 with the overall price compared to the same vehicle if I purchased in my local city. I bought this car for my wife. Due to my lower back pain, I don?t like sport or small cars. Drove 300 miles home from the dealer and it was great. Car is comfortable. Looks and feels like sport car but very comfortable.

He is always ready to serve me, even took time to show me the in and outs on operating my car . It was important for me to get weather tech mats and Matt made sure they were in the car and the reat mat was in there so he ordered me one . I feel a part of the Lexus family . I bought an LX 570 from out of state, and I had an excellent experience. Vinny was my salesman, and he was very helpful throughout the process. After the sale, they noticed a dent on the hood when the vehicle was getting loaded up to ship to me. They contacted me to apologize that they had not noticed it before, and they told me to get it fixed and it would be on them! I had not even asked about dents! When I got the LX it was beautiful. However, I noticed that the owner's manual was missing. When I contacted Vinny, he said they would get one shipped out to me. In short, excellent service, even after the sale. I would definitely buy from them again.

I drove this vehicle on a 6000 mile road trip...I am a retired gentleman with a history of back issues...love the comfort of the power seats...the fuel milage was 26.9 running an average of 76 mph with the A/C on the entire trip...great handling stylish looks...I am very satisfied.

Outstanding quality and extremely comfortable and quite Grand Touring car. So far no reliability issues, and just normal scheduled maintenance, fluid changes at the recommended intervals, and brake pads and tires so far at 62k mlles.

He didn’t want to abide by terms of lease and added extra charges that his salesperson Megan could not explain. He told me is I didn’t like it I could go to tamarin trail or Punta location. i love this fsport model. its fun to drive and has a luxury feel as well. i enjoy the economy, normal and sport mode options. the leather interior is classy and sporty. plenty of kick in this engine for a fast ride!

Reliable, holds it's value reputation really well. Fun to drive, and it's a sports coupe. Decent fuel mileage, low cost maintenance. Comfortable seat's, plenty of space room. Trunk space is nice to have. This car is just super sharp looking.

My service consultant was very attentive and efficient. I only had to wait a little over an hour for him to let me know that my car would not be completed the same day due to needing more time for diagnostics. I was given a courtesy vehicle so I could go on with my day.I really appreciated the timeliness of getting me into a courtesy vehicle and not wasting hours in the waiting area. Very few Coupes have the ride, comfort, performance and entry/exit benefits and enough trunk, oops golf club space for an older person 60s whose still into 2 doors. After 7 years on market the F Sport still offers gorgeous lines, the sweetest V6 engine and back up service that no one has but Lexus. 6th Lexus weve owned and looking forward to delivery before they run out! The RC set new standards in 2014 and isnt far off the mark even today. Still a little pricey.

Lexus is the most reliable brand there is to own. I currently lease the RC350, and its the first lease ive actually considered buying after it ends (depending on the value vs residual of course).
