In 2021, I purchased my 3rd Buick Encore from Hudson. They made the process so easy. I admit during this period of COVID was an issue and the supply of new cars was limited. Thankfully the dealer did have an Encore that was in my price range. It wasn't the color I wanted but beggars can't be choosers during this period. They worked with me to fit my budget. In fact, my lease fee was less than my previous vehicle. So I was quite happy.

I got the option to test drive a hybrid NX. And after driving it I can honestly say I'm much happier driving my NX350 gas version (I have a 2025 NX 350 Luxury). First I notice the hybrid felt under power, and then I realize that my gas version has a stronger engine with the turbo. Second the sound that the hybrid makes like a droning noise, did not like that. The driving experience on my gas feels great compare to the hybrid version. Now I did not do a road test with the plug in, but from everything I have heard that is the one to get. At this moment don't have a house, so gas is the best option for me. But after we buy our house then i feel like the plug in is the way to go, especially with the bigger horse power. And yes I understand the save in gas of a hybrid but I'm spending big money on NX and I want to enjoy the drive. If i want to save money then I will go for Toyota and save a lot more on gas. (the 350h is for people who want to save money on their gas bill and 200hp is enough as they want luxury from A to B and don't need it to be fun). So that for me is not a factor, for me is the drive and the comfortable of a luxury product. And yes I get it Lexus luxury ain't what it used to be many years ago, but in 2024 it's better then a Toyota luxury. Example RAV 4 limited vs NX luxury, I prefer to spend more money on the NX for the luxury level in todays market of 2024. So Luxury with a good driving experience are it for me...and of course the reliability of Toyota/Lexus makes it all the better then any other brand for me.

As my lease was coming to an end, I looked into a few Acura dealerships. I got a few quotes and was not satisfied with the customer service and professionalism. After contacting 8 dealerships and dealing with numbers that were not to my liking... I started to contemplate if I wanted to continue doing business with Acura. My boyfriend and I decided to check out the Acura of Wappingers Falls being that it was down the road from us and months ago they reached out to us with open arms. It ended up being the best decision. I not only got a new car but I found a dealership that I am proud to be apart of. Acura of Wappingers Falls has a family-like vibe to it and this is what inclined me to do business with them. I worked with product specialist Jason Fogelquist, sales manager Dan Flores, finance manager Carlo Saenz, and Inventory manager Jamal Wyatt. Jason got me the deal I was looking for, Dan approved, Jamal found me my car and got it to the Wappingers Falls lot within 3-4 business days and Carlo was very through and funny when it came time for contracts and signing (a process that is usually tedious and boring was fast and fun). They deserve special shout outs for their professionalism and customer service and all around personality that made me walk out of Acura yesterday with a smile on my face. I look forward to bringing my car-baby to get serviced because I know it is in good hands. It is without a doubt that I recommend this dealership.. and ONLY this dealership to everyone who is looking into getting into an Acura. I know for a fact my family and friends will be visiting. 2024 NX 350 F Sport has some great options I didn't know I'd ever need. Being able to customize just about everything is great. The Lexus system itself is easy to use but takes getting used to coming from a 2019 Jeep Compass Sport. Heads-up display, the large display screen is great, although I will say the climate controls are a bit awkward to use. It's easy enough to turn off, but turning it on is another issue. The safety features are awesome, from not being able to open the driver door if traffic is coming from behind to the lane assist, I am super happy with it. The F Sport has some giddy-up that is no joke, there are settings you can utilize; Eco, Normal, Sport, and Sport +. Each one has its advantages and disadvantages, but all are top-notch. The interior has a beautiful, sleek design that screams luxury. The only thing it is missing is the panoramic sunroof I am used to. That being said, I am very happy with my purchase.

I love this car and the limited edition red leather seats are so cool and fun. The seats are comfortable, as well. Passengers are happy with the ride.

If I could give more stars than 5, I definitely would! Lila Bubier, Mark Deal, trade checker and Kia Finance went above and beyond to get me out of my negative equity from my Hyundai Ioniq 5. I am so grateful to have a new 2025 Kia Sorento Plug-In Hybrid. I had originally went in February, but did not come away with a deal. Lila has consistently reached out to me asking if I was interested and provided many different options to get me at the price point that I wanted. It was not easy, but we made it to the end goal. I bought a 2018 Nissan pro x a little over a year ago. I drove from ny to look at it it was clean except for front bumper was hit in corner and paint was scraped. They repaired the damage perfectly by the time I picked it up. I was impressed by their professionalism. The only thing that I thought was a little extravagant was the dealer fee. We negotiated a fair price and now it’s mine. I’ve had the vehicle for over a year and it is flawless. I felt I needed time to make a fair judgement of the vehicle before my review. I bought this gorgeous new design and plan to keep it for at least 10 years more. The seat belt is designed to touch the body without feeling it and strong enough to support your entire body. It feels like I'm driving on cloud. Last month I left it at the shop, and the company lent us a similar one from 2025. With the difference in updates, it drives no differently than the 2016. Before buying this car, I tested four brands comparable to the Lexus, and it was far superior in comfort and design.

Hi, i own a Is250 for almost 6 months now and after having this car for a period of almost 6 months i feel like i owe this review to this particular piece of art, i bought this car used as my first car and i had few other options that i was particularly interested in such as the 09 Accord and a 05 Gs350, while buying the car i wanted something quick, comfortable, good on gas and Ofcourse reliable and i vouch that this car has checked all the boxes i bought the car with over 400k KM driven i’ve driven this car allot even driving more than 600-700KM in a day, the last owner didn’t do a good care of the exterior and interior but he indeed took a decent care of the mechanical side of the car so far after driving more than 40k KM in just 6 months the only thing i spend was on a battery and a oil change thats all! Been super reliable girls like it and its a quick car truly a amazing vehicle to own 100% recommended

Nicely designed, very comfortable, Luxury plus model has fantastic features. Some plastic interiors could be improved. Solid in nature, great visibility from inside, panoramic roof is very nice. The fact that Lexus has really designed it to fit inside a standard US garage is great!. Love the coolbox. Also the rear glass door opening is a big hit. '3rd row going under ground' without sacrificing space for spare tire is excellent. More inside storage space world be a plus

Cars were pulled up right away back to back with zero down time. I love this. Considering they had a busy day with many customers in the office we still received great care. Love this car. Sitting in the driver’s seat is so comfortable. Silky smooth engine. Rides so nice and quiet. We have looked for this color Grecian water for a long time. Wanted no newer than a 2022 because we didn’t want the 4 cylinder. The 3.5 V6 runs so smooth. Would definitely recommend the purchase of this SUV.

I bought the ES 300H Ultra luxury in July 2022. I love the exterior and interior designs. The interior is spacious and comfortable. I had concern about the height of the seats, since I am 6 inches, but the seats are also vertically adjustable and I have never had my head bump into the sealing. So, f anyone is having an issue, they can consider looking for the pushing the knob upwards, without twisting it. I saw some people complain about the speakers online, but I have the Mark Levinsons, and I have no issues. It is advertised for 43-44 MPg, however I am getting 40.7 and I typically driver 1k miles per month. I know a couple of factors are at play, including my driving style. My main issue is that there is a noticeable lag with accelaration, esp on low speeds. I bought my car from Lexus of Tampa Bay at MSRP, and there was no issues with the purchase.

The car is great. It is extremely roomy, but it handles very well. My only negative is that it has a small gas tank and gets so few miles to the gallon so you feel like you are filling it up all the time if you drive a lot like I do. Otherwise it is an amazing car Lexus out did themselves with this one!

Love this truck. It is not a car but a truck. The repeated Lexus standards apply. There is a lot going on with this vehicle. Heavy, solid, and safe. Plus off roading included (Beach for me).

I bought a 2022_NX 350. Rides great. Seats are really comfortable. My only complaint is that it requires premium gas and I've asked why many times. I've learned most of what I know on my own.

Just bought a 2022 Ioniq 5 from Shaker Hyundai. Paul C was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and patient throughout the process. This was my first new car purchase (at 60yo!!) and this is a very technologically complicated vehicle. A 2nd Ioniq certified salesman spent about 45 minutes walking me through every aspect. There were horror stories of dealers upselling this car for thousands more than MSRP but my price was exactly what I expected. Highly recommend the car and dealer.

The interior is spacious with all the amenities found in other mid-size luxury SUVs. When the windows are all up, it is very quiet. The engine and transmission are very smooth, quiet and powerful. The exterior design is elegant. The braking system is responsive and does not require too much force to adjust the braking distance. Overall, this is an excellent mid-size SUV.

This was first time buying a car at a dealership. I like Toyota and my mother recommended Greentree Toyota in Danbury because she had bought a Camry there ten years ago. My salesman was Mike Shakro and he was very good. I was buying a used car and I gave him a price range I wanted to stay within and I told him 2016 or newer. He showed me three cars but I liked the Nissan Sentra 2016 with 20k miles on it. Max Tananbaum, one of the managers, came out to visit us and gave us below the list price. We got a Rust Proof undercarriage protection that allows us to get an additional $500 dollars if I ever trade in the car in the future. Jose Cordero was very helpful with a three year warranty that included towing and car rentals in case the car ever needed to be fixed. I was thoroughly pleased with my experience. It didn't take that long considering how busy they were and Mike the salesman even help me return my rental car by suggesting they were only a quarter mile down the road from the dealer. They have made me a loyal customer from now on.

I love the truck capability combined with first class comfort. My GX has everything I need, and nothing I don’t. Long term value, combined with old school charm is hard to beat. Where else can you find a school bus mirror combined with sun glass holder? My third Lexus and will not be my last.
