I got the option to test drive a hybrid NX. And after driving it I can honestly say I'm much happier driving my NX350 gas version (I have a 2025 NX 350 Luxury). First I notice the hybrid felt under power, and then I realize that my gas version has a stronger engine with the turbo. Second the sound that the hybrid makes like a droning noise, did not like that. The driving experience on my gas feels great compare to the hybrid version. Now I did not do a road test with the plug in, but from everything I have heard that is the one to get. At this moment don't have a house, so gas is the best option for me. But after we buy our house then i feel like the plug in is the way to go, especially with the bigger horse power. And yes I understand the save in gas of a hybrid but I'm spending big money on NX and I want to enjoy the drive. If i want to save money then I will go for Toyota and save a lot more on gas. (the 350h is for people who want to save money on their gas bill and 200hp is enough as they want luxury from A to B and don't need it to be fun). So that for me is not a factor, for me is the drive and the comfortable of a luxury product. And yes I get it Lexus luxury ain't what it used to be many years ago, but in 2024 it's better then a Toyota luxury. Example RAV 4 limited vs NX luxury, I prefer to spend more money on the NX for the luxury level in todays market of 2024. So Luxury with a good driving experience are it for me...and of course the reliability of Toyota/Lexus makes it all the better then any other brand for me.

I wanted a smaller car and a hybrid after years of wonderful ES350s. I have no longer need to haul large amounts of stuff, dogs or children, so this is a perfect fit- fast, highly manueravable and fun to drive, and double the gas mileage. What's not to love!

Went to hopefully retire my lease and get into a new Ram 1500, the guys are Fred Martin were great to work with and got me into the exact truck I was hoping to get. Excellent experience all around, I'll be back for sure.

The excessive wind and road noise is a problem. I bought gasket material to help wind noise around the doors but the road noise is noticeably loud compared to my 2019 es350.

This is the second time I have purchased a vehicle from Don Sitts automotive and just like before the entire experience was excellent. I inquired about a vehicle last Tuesday online and was quickly responded to from sales agent Todd. My questions were quickly answered as he confirmed the cars I inquired about were available. I advised Todd of my availability for Wednesday and was very accommodating. I test drove the vehicle I thought I wasn’t going to get and I was unsure. Todd then showed me the second vehicle I inquired about the next day (Thursday). The entire time Todd was very patient and professional! The Exterior look is one of the best looking SUVs. Lots of options that are standard, the ride is somewhat soft but yet stiff like the Mazda CX-5. Has a sporty feel inside and when driving even without the sport pkg. sound system in premium pkg is very nice. Brake hold button is sweet, leather seats feel soft and comfy. Back seat is comfy and has air vents.

I bought a 2022_NX 350. Rides great. Seats are really comfortable. My only complaint is that it requires premium gas and I've asked why many times. I've learned most of what I know on my own.

Purchased 2024 new and have just 7k miles. Beautiful SUV, great exterior and interior. So comfortable to drive and gets up and goes. My only issue is for gas mileage does not appear to get as advertised. What service has told me is due to living in Kansas with many different temperatures, gas additives and needing to drive in ECO mode all the time. Other than this love this SUV

My wife and I just bought a new to us 2015 Audi Q5 form Josh Obenreder and wanted to write a review to express how happy we are that we got to deal with him. This dealer is by far the best Audi dealer that I have had a chance to deal with. As far as used cars go this one was immaculate both visually and mechanically. I am a Master Auto Tech by trade and Audi Certified, I drove 250 miles to deal with this dealer over any local dealer. The first thing I did when I got home was put the Q5 on a lift to install a new set of snow tires. I found all the brakes to be serviced, filters changed, oil changed and level properly set, drive belts looked new. They treated this car like a new car sale and it showed through. I wish I could go back and buy 10 more!! I will be back.

Great luxury SUV especially for city and short trip. ONLY ONE (1) major complaint involves Lexus GPS system being the clumsiest of any vehicle I have driven or owned. The ONE complaint. Have owned 3 Lexus' SUV's and optimistically waited for Lexus to rectify AND introduce a gps system equal to all of the other technology pluses of Lexus....but ALAS. N O T! Love this SUV! It's futuristic exterior design caught my attention! Purchased brand new currently has 78,000. PROS: Extremely reliable and comfortable, quick, well-built, faux leather seats (much easier to take care of than leather), Sleek and sporty design, modern - NO wood interior! In 2015 Lexus accomplished what no other car maker ever did - All of their cars received the highest reliability rating! Had many cars and the NX is by far is the best! CONS: Touchy & frustrating mouse pad - jumps all over the place, display screen too small, requires premium gas, old and out of place analog clock.

This car met all my needs, drives in comfort, very reliable . Excellent on long trips saves energy, good on gas for v8, plenty of power.

I love this car, especially the gas milage, getting 45 to 50 mpg. It is comfortable, quiet, and a joy to drive. My only complaint is that there is just too many features to choose from. I am sure I will never figure it all out. For example, how do I keep the back doors from locking when the car sits overnight? The owners manual is useless!

These cars are an amazing value. Quite simply many people hate the styling. Hence a low price. Nothing I write matters on this. You like it or don’t or put up with it for the value. The interior is simply stunning. Other than a Bentley I had no other car I’ve seen is nicer inside. Quality materials. Nice leather. Stunning real wood. And unlike anything else a way to cover the nav screen with a wood door. Stereo is excellent. Ride quality is fantastic for long trips. No. Not a super fast car in corners. Fast enough and very comfortable. Engine is silky smooth and whisper quiet. Except when you floor it you get that v8 growl. Again not a dragster but plenty powerful enough. The roof is magic. A hardtop coupe most of the time but a fantastic open top with minimal buffeting. Reliable. Very reliable. Excellent Lexus service if needed. Our 2004 has merely 60k miles and zero repairs. Many of these are low miles. Toyota reliability is a great comfort. Big and heavy and safe. Plenty of airbags and great brakes. Mass is safer than lighter cars. Do the negative? It is not easy on gas. Styling is either love or hate. Navigation system cannot be updated and CarPlay is not available although there are kits to add it including nav music and phone. So the electronic toys are dated. To give you an idea my new car is a Porsche 911. Modern. But on long trips or just getting from A to Z the Lexus is first choice. Porsche is more modern and exciting but … not as beautiful inside nor comfortable. I totally recommend this if the styling and gas mileage and electronics are not an issue. The value is unbelievable and unbeatable.

I had the absolute best experience buying my RX350 from Hendricks Lexus of Pleasanton. Absolutely no pressure, and my sales person was so knowledgeable. To be fair, he sells a great product which makes it easier but he still put in 100% effort and I sox months later I absolutely love my car. I have had it serviced and the experience has extended to that as well with caring, obviously happy staff that treat customers as family. They even videoed my service appointment to show me how everything was going! My RX350 is a space ship! It is so comfortable, so luxurious and feels so safe with so many features. It handles so well, has great pick up and the seats are incredibly comfortable. Features like camera rear view mirrors, heated steering wheel and the assisted driving are things I just didnt expect but am spoiled to enjoy!

Bought this 2017 Lexus RX 350 used. I always wanted one of these vehicles. I am not disappointed. Love how it drives and handles. Love the look. Plenty of room on the interior. My only complaint would be the front seat comfort. My Wife had a Acura MDX and it’s way more comfy. The seats in the MDX have more cushion and just all around more comfortable. One other thing is I wish it had the auto lock feature when you walk away with the key fob. Other than that it’s a sweet ride. Love the V6 and the transmission. Smooth shifting. Ride is soft. Cabin is very quiet. All in all I would rate it 9 out of 10 stars. I would buy it again!!
