This 2021 RX is a great vehicle, everything about the RX is high quality, quiet, quick, smooth, well built. Only complaint is cabin is built so tight that I farted in car at airport parking lot. Came back two weeks later from a trip overseas and it still stunk inside.

Overall excellent visit Wish you still had same auto wash company after service.

Just picked up 2024 RX350 Premium+. Overall a nice car. I’m not a big fan of the 4 cyl. Powertrain however. Rather noisy and fuel economy is about the same as the 6 cyl. In my old 2019 RX with premium fuel required. Not a great trade off. New technology is pretty good and touch screen is much. Etter than the old RX touch pad. I think this is a better value than BMW X5 or Genesis GV80 with much better resale value.

The interior is spacious with all the amenities found in other mid-size luxury SUVs. When the windows are all up, it is very quiet. The engine and transmission are very smooth, quiet and powerful. The exterior design is elegant. The braking system is responsive and does not require too much force to adjust the braking distance. Overall, this is an excellent mid-size SUV.

My daughter bought a 2017 RAV 4 from Wellesley Toyota this past weekend - this was her first experience buying a car from a dealership. The entire process was even better than I had hoped for. Test drove the IS 250..nice but the IS 350 F sport was superior with enhanced performance and more amenities. Interior and exterior had more unique characteristics with great markings. Sharp looking with all the bells and whistles..worth the extra cost

A lot of improvements with the ride. It rides a lot smoother as what a luxury SUV should be. Touchscreen is now available which is better than using the laptop type touchpad. Better standard safety features like lane departure warning, lane keeping assist, adaptive cruise control, blind spot warning, rear collision alert, rear emergency braking, etc. Good value for the money.

I’ve driven a lot of cars, but this one? Hands down, the quietest I’ve ever been in. It’s almost surprising how little noise makes its way into the cabin, even when you’re cruising down the highway. It just glides over bumps, so you barely feel anything. 2024 NX 350 F Sport has some great options I didn't know I'd ever need. Being able to customize just about everything is great. The Lexus system itself is easy to use but takes getting used to coming from a 2019 Jeep Compass Sport. Heads-up display, the large display screen is great, although I will say the climate controls are a bit awkward to use. It's easy enough to turn off, but turning it on is another issue. The safety features are awesome, from not being able to open the driver door if traffic is coming from behind to the lane assist, I am super happy with it. The F Sport has some giddy-up that is no joke, there are settings you can utilize; Eco, Normal, Sport, and Sport +. Each one has its advantages and disadvantages, but all are top-notch. The interior has a beautiful, sleek design that screams luxury. The only thing it is missing is the panoramic sunroof I am used to. That being said, I am very happy with my purchase.

Love it so far. Will buy another. Style is good Comfort is good. Will definitely buy another R C 300 in the future. Great car.

We bought one 2023 model UX250h F sport, the F sport when you choose sport on the selector is like driving other car, the sound change and the suspension and steering too. We love the ultramagnetic Blue and pink interior. the infotainment is cool

The UX250h is a great car for anyone looking to get a hybrid and still have something a little sporty. I have the 2019 ux250h f sport for about a year now and average mpg ranges from 32 to 37 depending if I drive more in the city or highway. sport mode has enough pick up to merge into traffic or for spirited driving. The seats are sporty and look amazing. The handling on this car is amazing as well as it is very smooth and quiet. I do love all the spec and safety features it comes with, especially the remote services from the phone app. Many competitors will charge an extra 3 to 8 grand for all the additional safety features within this car. The only down side that the car has would be that the trunk is a little small. But other than that the car has amazing handling, great mpg, great apple carplay and enough pick up for a little fun. if the trunk was a bit bigger, it would probably bethe best hybrid suvs out there.

Although I was frustrated to learn the warranty was exhausted, I appreciated the team’s diligence in checking the vehicle's status. They even noticed that a prepaid service was due and completed it for me without a hitch. This attention to detail and commitment to customer service was truly impressive. I ultimately decided against going through the hassle of resolving the warranty situation with the third party warranty that the online car service offers, as I plan to return the car to the online car service to swap out for another car. Yet, throughout this entire process, the staff at Herb Chambers Jaguar maintained professionalism and knowledge about their products and services, making it clear that they genuinely care about their customers. I've had my 2020 Lexus RX450h for a year and it is a pleasure to drive. It has all of the accoutrements I waited for since purchasing my 2013 RX350. It has a bird’s eye view of the area surrounding the car, a touch screen monitor and a touch pad, many safety features like blind spot monitoring, lane and parking assist. It has triple head beams with cornering lighting and automatic high beam control. I wish I had added the heads-up display option, but I do enjoy the hands-free-leg-kick to open the tailgate option. The heated/AC seat option is very nice when needed!

We just purchased a new vehicle from Ocean Honda. Sean McCarey is an incredible, honest, upfront sales person (10/10 stars!) and was great about helping us find and buy something that made us happy despite the current nationwide low inventory. The whole team there was great about financing, helping with insurance, doing the leg work to the registry, and even helped get my wife to her job when we brought the car back to have accessories installed. Granted, she offered to bring him a coffee, but I doubt that was enough to be considered any kind of bribe. 😁

Never a "have to have it" kind of car guy until I saw, researched and drove this car. It's a solid, powerful, and super slick cabriolet that only catches the eye of the passionate. It has a beautiful saddle leather interior with gorgeous wood details and a really good stereo that rivals todays' car stereos. It has strong and silent 4.3 V8 that is top of the list reliable. I bought my 2002 in 2023 and fixed a few things with the audio system and is now a low-mile like-new car. I love driving it when I can and will til I can't drive anymore.

I've had mine for 2 years now. Bought it new at Lexus of Louisville. The service there is excellent. I have the sport model and I couldn't be more satisfied. The ride is smooth. The gas mileage is great. The small size is all I need. The back seats lay down if I need extra room. It has good power for me and I would buy it again.
