My experience was as expected.
My experience was as expected. I showed up and explained how I had hit a huge rock and was concerned about the undercarriage of my car. Steve and Robert immediately had the mechanics put the car on the lift and it was fine. I have gone in about 10 times and the experience can always be summed up in two words , professionalism and courtesy .These two men are second to none . There is no room for improvement because they have reached their pinnacle. The interior is spacious with all the amenities found in other mid-size luxury SUVs. When the windows are all up, it is very quiet. The engine and transmission are very smooth, quiet and powerful. The exterior design is elegant. The braking system is responsive and does not require too much force to adjust the braking distance. Overall, this is an excellent mid-size SUV.

Excellent quality materials and build for the price makes this car an excellent value. Excellent reliability. Does not have the flash of competitors. Interior feels somewhat cramped for the car's size. Infotainment system is clunky, but interaction is not often required for things like seat heat which can operate automatically based upon climate control settings.

It’s the first Lexus rx to offer luxury and performance with almost self driving tech. Does almost everything with under 6 second acceleration and still gets 27 mpg. I love it!!
