The UX250h is a great car for anyone looking to get a hybrid and still have something a little sporty. I have the 2019 ux250h f sport for about a year now and average mpg ranges from 32 to 37 depending if I drive more in the city or highway. sport mode has enough pick up to merge into traffic or for spirited driving. The seats are sporty and look amazing. The handling on this car is amazing as well as it is very smooth and quiet. I do love all the spec and safety features it comes with, especially the remote services from the phone app. Many competitors will charge an extra 3 to 8 grand for all the additional safety features within this car. The only down side that the car has would be that the trunk is a little small. But other than that the car has amazing handling, great mpg, great apple carplay and enough pick up for a little fun. if the trunk was a bit bigger, it would probably bethe best hybrid suvs out there.

Overall I like the car....Coming from an RX350 I do miss the larger storage in the back of the car. Great gas mileage and in the Sports Mode good acceleration. Apple Car Play is very nice.

We bought one 2023 model UX250h F sport, the F sport when you choose sport on the selector is like driving other car, the sound change and the suspension and steering too. We love the ultramagnetic Blue and pink interior. the infotainment is cool

Once over 100K mi. Replace the Hybrid battery! This car os like the ones of old. Good for about 100K mi or 10 yrs. Then get rid of it.... inherent design flaws rear their ugly heads and start denying you of a paycheck! Hybrid battery failure, CVT failure, head gasket failure. Hybrid drive link failure and and and and!

I wanted a smaller car and a hybrid after years of wonderful ES350s. I have no longer need to haul large amounts of stuff, dogs or children, so this is a perfect fit- fast, highly manueravable and fun to drive, and double the gas mileage. What's not to love!

I traded my 2022 Mercedes-Benz GLE450 4Matic for a brand new 2023 Lexus GX460 and could not be happier! I love how solid and substantial the GX feels and even thought it is not at quick as the MB with its turbo inline 6, I love how the V8 engine in my GX sounds and performs with its perfectly matched power train. 2024 NX 350 F Sport has some great options I didn't know I'd ever need. Being able to customize just about everything is great. The Lexus system itself is easy to use but takes getting used to coming from a 2019 Jeep Compass Sport. Heads-up display, the large display screen is great, although I will say the climate controls are a bit awkward to use. It's easy enough to turn off, but turning it on is another issue. The safety features are awesome, from not being able to open the driver door if traffic is coming from behind to the lane assist, I am super happy with it. The F Sport has some giddy-up that is no joke, there are settings you can utilize; Eco, Normal, Sport, and Sport +. Each one has its advantages and disadvantages, but all are top-notch. The interior has a beautiful, sleek design that screams luxury. The only thing it is missing is the panoramic sunroof I am used to. That being said, I am very happy with my purchase.

I had the absolute best experience buying my RX350 from Hendricks Lexus of Pleasanton. Absolutely no pressure, and my sales person was so knowledgeable. To be fair, he sells a great product which makes it easier but he still put in 100% effort and I sox months later I absolutely love my car. I have had it serviced and the experience has extended to that as well with caring, obviously happy staff that treat customers as family. They even videoed my service appointment to show me how everything was going! My RX350 is a space ship! It is so comfortable, so luxurious and feels so safe with so many features. It handles so well, has great pick up and the seats are incredibly comfortable. Features like camera rear view mirrors, heated steering wheel and the assisted driving are things I just didnt expect but am spoiled to enjoy!

I drove all the way from Charlotte, NC to buy a beautiful Alpine White BMW 328d touring M-Sport. These guys already had the car on ready for my test drive when I got there. It was missing the floor mats and I was ok with it but they offered to ship me some new OEM rubber ones! This is my second RX and I’m so happy with the first, I need to get one again. The size is right for a woman, not to high nor low. Perfect for young and the old. I would have opted for the 2021 model if I’m not retired. The salesperson gave us a great deal we can’t refuse. This car will definitely take me to many places in style, comfort and value.

We ordered a GX 550 and and Cody did a great job at keeping us up to date and on time. Car was delivered on time. Delivery was easy!

I got the option to test drive a hybrid NX. And after driving it I can honestly say I'm much happier driving my NX350 gas version (I have a 2025 NX 350 Luxury). First I notice the hybrid felt under power, and then I realize that my gas version has a stronger engine with the turbo. Second the sound that the hybrid makes like a droning noise, did not like that. The driving experience on my gas feels great compare to the hybrid version. Now I did not do a road test with the plug in, but from everything I have heard that is the one to get. At this moment don't have a house, so gas is the best option for me. But after we buy our house then i feel like the plug in is the way to go, especially with the bigger horse power. And yes I understand the save in gas of a hybrid but I'm spending big money on NX and I want to enjoy the drive. If i want to save money then I will go for Toyota and save a lot more on gas. (the 350h is for people who want to save money on their gas bill and 200hp is enough as they want luxury from A to B and don't need it to be fun). So that for me is not a factor, for me is the drive and the comfortable of a luxury product. And yes I get it Lexus luxury ain't what it used to be many years ago, but in 2024 it's better then a Toyota luxury. Example RAV 4 limited vs NX luxury, I prefer to spend more money on the NX for the luxury level in todays market of 2024. So Luxury with a good driving experience are it for me...and of course the reliability of Toyota/Lexus makes it all the better then any other brand for me.

Car appears to have set up for fog lights. This car came without them.question; can I have fog lights installed at my cost? My two previous Tucson’s had them and very helpful driving in fog and snow which I do a lot for work.

Updated to 2017 nx300h from a 2007 rx400h. We got the "Luxury" package which includes all options (in Sweden) except the Sport stuff. Love all the new technology (air con in seats, 360 cam, radar cruise, reverse collision warning and more). The trunk is a little bit smaller than 400h but instead there is a lot more space under the trunk floor since we have the compressor instead of spare tyre. Seating front and back feels almost as big as the 400h. Getting average 6,8 l / 100 km after 3 months of driving. 400h was about 9,5 l / 100 km. Handling on curvy roads is great! Acceleration is really not that bad, but the cvt / engine is noisy during hard accel. During normal driving everything is smooth and quiet.

I got this used 2008 RX400 for my wife and has been great for a year the only thing my MPGs are horrible I get barely 21 sucks.Even tho I did my spark plugs cause my covers were starting to leak.also I did my Timing Belt Kitt,I have great Fuel Trims according to my scanner and runs like new .New Tires nothing helped to improve those MPGs.note I did my own work with no issues.

My 2nd RX350. My 2019 RX350 was very nice, but my seat was uncomfortable. I purchased a used 2018 RX350 F Sport - so happy with this car! All the great upgrades and very comfy leather seats. Heater and fanned seats, heated steering wheel, great power, amazing handling, awesome stereo, use my Spotify on cell through bluetooth. So happy with this dependable SUV!

My 2011 Lexus RX 350 is an outstanding car. Fit and finish is impeccable. Other than a failed oil pump, no problems whatsoever. It is quiet and yet has plenty of power for merging on interstates. I highly recommend Lexus vehicles.
