Love this car. Sitting in the driver’s seat is so comfortable. Silky smooth engine. Rides so nice and quiet. We have looked for this color Grecian water for a long time. Wanted no newer than a 2022 because we didn’t want the 4 cylinder. The 3.5 V6 runs so smooth. Would definitely recommend the purchase of this SUV.

Just picked up 2024 RX350 Premium+. Overall a nice car. I’m not a big fan of the 4 cyl. Powertrain however. Rather noisy and fuel economy is about the same as the 6 cyl. In my old 2019 RX with premium fuel required. Not a great trade off. New technology is pretty good and touch screen is much. Etter than the old RX touch pad. I think this is a better value than BMW X5 or Genesis GV80 with much better resale value.

I emailed and called Kayalar Motors regarding their advertised pre-owned FIAT 500 car. Murat took my phone call and was friendly and helpful but not pushy, which I appreciated. He answered my questions. Thereafter, I received two follow-up emails from both Murat and Abbey who were located at two different Kayalar Motors' dealerships. Abbey was very considerate and referred me to Murat since the vehicle I wanted was located at his dealership. Overall, I was very impressed with Kayalar Motors and am currently in the process of procuring a loan with intentions to buy a car from Murat. I also want to compliment Kayalar Motors on the great pictures and videos that they offer to virtually promote their cars; they show lots of interior and exterior photographs, which serves to personally address individual questions.

Bought this 2017 Lexus RX 350 used. I always wanted one of these vehicles. I am not disappointed. Love how it drives and handles. Love the look. Plenty of room on the interior. My only complaint would be the front seat comfort. My Wife had a Acura MDX and it’s way more comfy. The seats in the MDX have more cushion and just all around more comfortable. One other thing is I wish it had the auto lock feature when you walk away with the key fob. Other than that it’s a sweet ride. Love the V6 and the transmission. Smooth shifting. Ride is soft. Cabin is very quiet. All in all I would rate it 9 out of 10 stars. I would buy it again!!

I enjoyed the purchasing process here but the car could’ve had a few more repairs before purchasing ie. paint and tire sensor being replaced. Overall I had a good experience.

Bought this 2009 RX350 in September of 08. I've owned Volvo, Acura, Mercedes and Range Rover (the worst!). Just about to hit 300,000 miles with VERY few problems. Love the car. But as stated earlier in some reviews the dashboard has developed many hair line cracks. That's why I gave it a 4 on interior. But still the very best car I have ever owned and will now only buy Lexus/Toyota vehicles.

I had a great time in the dealership. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Joseph did everything to help me get my CX5 as quick and as convenient as possible. Very happy.

The car is great. It is extremely roomy, but it handles very well. My only negative is that it has a small gas tank and gets so few miles to the gallon so you feel like you are filling it up all the time if you drive a lot like I do. Otherwise it is an amazing car Lexus out did themselves with this one!

Vincent (Vinnie) Adduci was a great help ordering a new 2026 X7 xDrive40i. I wanted the rear steering for parking maneuverability (2VH--Integral Active Steering) without ordering the V-8 (2VH is standard on the X7 M60i). The BMW national website does not let you add the DHP option (dynamic handling package with 2VH) for the 40i when building a virtual X7. Vinnie knew you could order that option and also double-checked for me. The loyalty, discount, and trade-in value offered were excellent and so he ordered the X7 40i with all the options I wanted, including DHP, and it will be built in a few weeks. I test drove this vehicle and it drove so smoothly, felt so comfortable, and i was amazed at the price. It had interior features that one expects from Lexus, and more importantly, it has a number of safety features that have prevented bumps and accidents. I cannot say enough good things about this car.

hours ago NEW if you are looking for a Toyota, I highly recommend using Cedric at Toyota of Katy. I called him, told him what I was looking for, he went out in the rain, and got pictures and videos. Met me at the dealership the next day early before he was supposed to be at work. Started the process of purchasing a new vehicle. He explained everything in detail, very patient, very kind, as I was waiting for finance to be approved, he constantly kept me up-to-date. Answered all my questions in detail. I could not have hand picked a better salesman!!

Purchased 2024 new and have just 7k miles. Beautiful SUV, great exterior and interior. So comfortable to drive and gets up and goes. My only issue is for gas mileage does not appear to get as advertised. What service has told me is due to living in Kansas with many different temperatures, gas additives and needing to drive in ECO mode all the time. Other than this love this SUV

There’s a few things about this car that I don’t like first I wish I would’ve had the option for a six-cylinder. The car is a little too noisy. I wish they would do away with that car stop at a light or stop saying. Third, I wish they would seal the door a little better at the bottom. All sorts of debris gets in on all doors. Other than that the car is OK. and I’m still waiting for my extra key fob.

I have owned my 2013 ES 350 for 8 years now. I bought it with 60k miles and now has 260k. The only thing I had to replace was a tensioner pulley which I did myself. Other than brakes. tires and drive belt that's the other thing I've done. Same spark plugs n coils since I bought it, change oil every 7500-10k miles and doesn't burn or use any oil. I honestly drive it like I stole it most the time. I commute 65 miles a day and every trip I take is in this car. The only thing I wish is that the seats were a lil more comfortable but I have seat & back cushion to help with that. I will drive this til it or I die. I have 6 other vehicles and this is driven the most.

I love my Lexus NX350h! I previously had the UX350h. This one is slightly bigger, so it is a perfect fit! The ride is smooth going up steep hills. The user interface is pretty simple, but usually use Android auto. Gas mileage is decent especially with those steep hills that I have to drive daily. I definitely recommend this car to anyone looking for a compact SUV.

I had a terrific experience buying a new/used car from Mohamad Rahal recently at Jeff Haas Mazda, 16711 Katy Freeway, Houston TX 77094. I had just been burned by two other dealerships that did not hold the car for me until I got to their dealerships to negotiate a purchase of the car I wanted to buy - the 1st dealership I called I said I would be there in +/- 3 hours and the 2nd dealership I called I said I will be there in +/- 20 minutes. When I arrived at both dealerships they both told me they have "bad news and good news". The bad news is they just sold the car I asked them to hold me and the good news is they can sell me another car - at both of these dealerships they were young inexperienced salesman. Mohomad is an experienced professional and has been in the car industry for decades and does business "the old fashioned way". Mohamed held the car for me I wanted to buy until I got all my financing in order to pay cash for the car. Mohamed clearly explained each line item on the "Vehicle Buyer's Order" and also the additional lifetime engine warranty I purchased. It is unique to have those three characteristics in one vehicle. Reliability: I had 11 years RX350 with zero problems. Just regular maintenance. This was a reason I purchased a new one. Luxury: It is very quiet and comfortable ride, perfect ergonomic seats and suspension, really luxury filling. Spacious front and rear seats, adequate cargo volume and driving assist features. 4-cylinder engine is maybe loud above 2000 rpm, but normal drive do not reach this number. Fuel Efficiency: Car computer was showing 45 MPG for city driving, but brochure shows 37MPG. i decided to check this discrepancy in reality by counting mileages and fuel gallons on gas station. Results were 46.02MPG! I checked milage accuracy comparing to navsat and gallons with weight method. Both measurements were accurate. I even reached 50MPG with city drive, slow acceleration, long braking distances and gliding ride! Conclusion: I lost refinement of V6 but increase fuel efficiency for 100% and earned many features that absolutely make sense to get this car. It is not for someone who ask for sporty style driving, but has sufficient power to easy overtake any vehicle on highway.

I have no complaints. My salesperson, Tony, was easy to work with. My transaction took about 3 hours or so. I the dealership was very clean and comfortable.

It’s the first Lexus rx to offer luxury and performance with almost self driving tech. Does almost everything with under 6 second acceleration and still gets 27 mpg. I love it!!

This is my third car purchase from CAR MAX . A later model for the wife . A jeep Cherokee and is a 2019 with low mileage . She is happy and that makes US happy . The purchase was not hurried and no back and forth between Mr Smith and I . Really straightforward . Satisfied completely .

I have had a Lexus 430 SC for 8 years I love this car.I had a Mita before,.wanted a heavier car to drive on the interstate.this car is a dream very smooth ride. Easy top Down....had very little problems. It's unique and beautiful....I love the back seat..great for a dog or child or your coat and purse. . The mita had nothing...no it's not for everyone, but I like it....better than any new car....Getting ready for a new timing Belt , which they say will take care of most of the maintenance for long time. It is a 2004. They only made this car 2002 to 2010..
