Hi the dealership is wonderful as the staff are extremely knowledgeable and they have great service, but the only thing that hurts them is the price. The cars are thousands of dollars higher than other place I looked so did not buy from the dealer.

My sales associate, Brian Safianow , could not have been nicer. He was a great listener and quickly assessed my needs. Dealership manager, Gary Venner, was involved in the process. The entire process was painless, fun and Brian provided concierge level customer service. Additionally, the technology department came to my home to provide a thorough tutorial on the different features of the vehicle. I am very pleased with the car,its many features and that subliminal new car smell. Park Place Lexus Grapevine treats their customers like royalty! This is my second one and I like it more than the first. Very comfortable, great ride, interior luxurious. Electronics a little more complicated than my 2013 but learning them. Gas mileage excellent. Overall great car.

First let me start by saying I am a 57 year old man who has owned almost every brand of car on the planet including BMWs 7 series and The MERCEDES 550. In comparison this car is an absolute pleasure to drive. maintenance and repairs are a walk in the park compared to the other high end cars on the market. The pick up from the twin turbo engine is unreal and matched to the gas mileage it is truly unbelievable. Sure there are faster cars out there if you’re looking for performance but this rocket is a luxury car and trust me it runs like a rabbit with really no issues while getting you down the road in style and class. To date I have over 80,000 miles on the car and it has been a true dream to own and drive. I can’t wait to buy my next one in a year or so.

Driving experience is best in its class. It’s weight does not show up in the 0-60 numbers. It is fast, extremely fast, and you need to stay focused. So, park and learn how to use the accessories and option. you will be glad you did If you learn them on the fly you might just hit something not realizing how fast and how quick it moves. The V8 controversy is in the mind of many, however you will never know it wasn’t a V8 unless you were told. The car’s V6 is a BEAST in all aspects and needs to be respected. It you want to get the car, know that the options (A+ blind side, road side pedestrian, knowing exactly where you car is when parking with “birds eye view, top of the industry Mark Levinson sound system, massage driver and passenger seat, and too many added options to mentioned) are worth getting when you know their true worth. However, for a lower price, without many of these options the car does not change how it will make you feel. It is still worth a serious look even at the base price. So, don’t sit in the seat, or drive it, if you are not ready for a mind blowing experience. You will love it. As I said those who don’t see the value in futuristic designs will criticize the LS500. It may be for many reasons, not realizing that this is where luxury cars are going as they compare it to others in this luxury class. As for me there is nothing to compare it to so I won’t waste my time. I will just let the 416 horses, and 440 pounds of torque and all it futuristic technology take me places I have never been, enjoying every monement. You should do the same.

I am not one to place reviews but we experienced the most impressive service from Park Place Lexus. We purchased our second Lexus before realizing it did not have some of the features our older one did. We first talked to David Barrychuck, Parts Director, at Grapevine Park Place. We hadn't even bought our car at the Grapvine location. David went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Everyone involved was great but David called several times to check on our status. We will trust him with all of our Lexus needs. Thank you so much Park Place Lexus!

Fun to drive. Handles very well. The only draw back I have is the use of premium gas especially at these high gas prices. Overall good.

My beloved 2010 IS 250 needed more in repairs than it was worth. I asked to be put on the list (yes, it’s come to that these days) for a new car. The wonderful salesman at Ray Catena Lexus of White Plains asked if I was interested in a used car. Of course, said I. When he showed me the 2019 IS 300, I fell in love! Midnight blue with a camel interior, low mileage, and certified by Lexus. So far, so great! So many more features than my 2010. It’s a smoother ride than my IS 250; I have to get used to that , as my 250 hugged every curve. But I’m totally in love with this car!

Now about my deal, Roy really took care of this from start to finish, his ability to handle this in a timely manner is what won this one, I was actually dealing with two different dealerships and Roy's response time single handedly got it. I know some people don't want to be overwhelmed but I am one that needs to get as much done in a timely manner as possible, my time is valuable and waiting on a salesman to get me information in the 21st century is just not up to par. Roy was very responsive, he knew the care even though you only had it for a few days, he got me pictures from his phone to mine, he got the car file emailed to me which included carfax, I could go on and on. At the time I was on overload but it's nice having all that available to help make the decision. Heck the other vehicle I was looking at I couldn't even get the miles off of it because it was being used as a loaner!! SINGLE POC is the way to go, me trying to talk to manager, or finance, or title people is crap. Great job Sewell and Roy!

I bought the ES 300H Ultra luxury in July 2022. I love the exterior and interior designs. The interior is spacious and comfortable. I had concern about the height of the seats, since I am 6 inches, but the seats are also vertically adjustable and I have never had my head bump into the sealing. So, f anyone is having an issue, they can consider looking for the pushing the knob upwards, without twisting it. I saw some people complain about the speakers online, but I have the Mark Levinsons, and I have no issues. It is advertised for 43-44 MPg, however I am getting 40.7 and I typically driver 1k miles per month. I know a couple of factors are at play, including my driving style. My main issue is that there is a noticeable lag with accelaration, esp on low speeds. I bought my car from Lexus of Tampa Bay at MSRP, and there was no issues with the purchase.

Everything went pretty well. I spent a bit more time at the dealership than I would have expected but they were nice people. Herbert helped me out quite a bit. He helped me get the car home since I was driving a separate one to pick the new one up.

This a great entry-luxury vehicle! Even with the 2.0L turbocharged engine, it's fairly quick and gets up to higher speeds without a problem. It's very quiet and comfortable on just about any road. The interior fit/finish is impeccable, and the exterior styling is striking (especially in Eminent White Pearl). The AC is the coldest I've ever experienced in a car so far! The card is very stable at highway speeds and above. I've been averaging 33 MPG on the highway (driving back/forth from DC/Chesapeake weekly), and around 24 in the city. We shall see how she goes from this point forward! Definitely recommended!

I love this vehicle. I enjoy the quietness and economy of this model. The only drawback is trying to understand how the various features function. Many of the operations are not intuitive.

Was a very easy process. Got a trade in value for our vehicle ahead of going to the dealership. Car was ready for us to see when we got there. I owned a 2017 RC F Sport, my first Lexus and totally love the Lexus brand. I’m a big guy and just didn’t have the room I wanted 😥. I did my research and decided I wanted the 2019-2020 ES 350. I really wanted to buy from a local Lexus dealer, there were 2 near me. Their web site has an option to let you know what your trade is worth. I was satisfied with what they quoted me for my trade, when I got to the dealership they offered me $6000 LESS for my RC F Sport on the trade in. They spent 10 minutes telling me what was wrong with my trade. My RC was as close to perfect as there is. They insulted my intelligence- I will NEVER go to a Lexus dealership in this area again. I bought my RC from a Lexus dealer 200 miles from where I live- they treated me like a CUSTOMER! I ended up buying a 2019 ES 350 from a NON LEXUS DEALER. They wanted my business and gave me a good deal for both of us. I love my ES 350 and both of my Lexus vehicles - BUT I will NEVER buy from the dealer that treated me with their bait and switch insulting attitude!
