I maintain this car at the local Lexus dealership. The performance tires last about 25,000 miles and it does require premium fuel. It’s a 6-cylinder with plenty of power and has a sporty feel. Mine’s AT with paddle shift (which we never use). No real issues, although the carbon cleaning that was recommended was a $250 surprise. Still a solid, dependable and enjoyable car.

I’m about 2500 miles into purchasing this car used with 28k miles on it. It still feels brand new. I love the power, the comfort, the style, and can’t beat Lexus reliability and resale value. This is my first luxury car, but not my first Toyota. It feels like a very fancy and wonderfully quiet Toyota.

I has my NX250 serviced today. My advisor was Jose. Prior to having my car serviced he explained everything to me and stated that it would take approximately an hour and a half. I also had a question about my audio system and he was able to answer it right away. My car was returned to me faster than Jose had started washed and ready to go. Jose was fantastic and I would highly recommend this dealership for all your needs.

My husband Stan and I both needed new vehicles. After having a terrible experience purchasing my vehicle at a CDJR dealer in Brooksville, Stan and I went to Jim Browne CDJR in Dade City to purchase his vehicle. We met with Chris Cusker. I have owned my 2013 ES 350 for 8 years now. I bought it with 60k miles and now has 260k. The only thing I had to replace was a tensioner pulley which I did myself. Other than brakes. tires and drive belt that's the other thing I've done. Same spark plugs n coils since I bought it, change oil every 7500-10k miles and doesn't burn or use any oil. I honestly drive it like I stole it most the time. I commute 65 miles a day and every trip I take is in this car. The only thing I wish is that the seats were a lil more comfortable but I have seat & back cushion to help with that. I will drive this til it or I die. I have 6 other vehicles and this is driven the most.

After owning this vehicle for 3 years I have not had any major issues aside for oil changes and preventative maintenance. Everything about owning this car has been a great experience!!

I bought the ES 300H Ultra luxury in July 2022. I love the exterior and interior designs. The interior is spacious and comfortable. I had concern about the height of the seats, since I am 6 inches, but the seats are also vertically adjustable and I have never had my head bump into the sealing. So, f anyone is having an issue, they can consider looking for the pushing the knob upwards, without twisting it. I saw some people complain about the speakers online, but I have the Mark Levinsons, and I have no issues. It is advertised for 43-44 MPg, however I am getting 40.7 and I typically driver 1k miles per month. I know a couple of factors are at play, including my driving style. My main issue is that there is a noticeable lag with accelaration, esp on low speeds. I bought my car from Lexus of Tampa Bay at MSRP, and there was no issues with the purchase.

I am a long-time LS owner, also have an ‘02 LS430. We bought this car L/Certified when it was 24 months old. Main things I like : Styling Exclusivity Interior Design Fit & Finish Comfort Performance We only have one dislike: runflat tires don’t give near the mileage as normal tires. That’s easy to fix, just switch to regular tires when the time comes. This is a gorgeous car and a pleasure to drive. It’s an incredible long distance cruiser. Our car has AWD, luxury interior upgrade w/ Mark Levinson sound system, optional wood and leather steering wheel, massaging driver’s seat, and 20” wheels. Some are critical of the touch pad controller, but we have no problem with it. Great car! The only thing I miss is wireless phone connection.

Excellent vehicle for performance and style. My son drove it for the last 4 years as he’s going to HS and College. He loved it. The breaks on the F Aport can be pricy to fix. Other than that, it’s a gem.

I want to express what a great job Anthony Vitale did today and how happy I am with the service that was provided by your dealership. My tire pressure had been low and filling up my back tire just was not working. I decided to just show up at the dealership without an appointment to see if the service department could figure what the problem was. There was a nail in my tire; however, not only did they repair my tire, but they checked and topped off all of the fluids and washed my car.
