AND I DIDNT WANT TO.SPEND A FORTUNE. HE WAS ABLE TO.PRICE MATCH AND I LEFT TOTALLY SATISFIED .HE NEEDS TO BE RECOGNIZED FOR BEING AN EXCELLENT EMPLOYEE. THANKS RYAN 🙂

Excellent vehicle for performance and style. My son drove it for the last 4 years as he’s going to HS and College. He loved it. The breaks on the F Aport can be pricy to fix. Other than that, it’s a gem.

I love the car, I dislike the dealership I got it from. I definitely recommend the car but you need to watch out where you get it from and watch the sales people they will try to rip you off if you let them, I will write a separate review for the dealership.

Brought my car in for scheduled service and saw Isai today. Because I have a service plan, this was not a major service point. Isai went over the suggestions and gave me full information on what is needed and why some of the wear and tear may occur. This was not my first time working with him and have had a great experience each time!! We discussed a plan for work, looking at what I could put off versus needed now kind of thing. I am happy recommending others see him and not feel like their being taken advantage of.

Ronald provided excellent service from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure my vehicle was handled with care. It’s refreshing to work with a service advisor who truly values customer experience. I bought the ES 300H Ultra luxury in July 2022. I love the exterior and interior designs. The interior is spacious and comfortable. I had concern about the height of the seats, since I am 6 inches, but the seats are also vertically adjustable and I have never had my head bump into the sealing. So, f anyone is having an issue, they can consider looking for the pushing the knob upwards, without twisting it. I saw some people complain about the speakers online, but I have the Mark Levinsons, and I have no issues. It is advertised for 43-44 MPg, however I am getting 40.7 and I typically driver 1k miles per month. I know a couple of factors are at play, including my driving style. My main issue is that there is a noticeable lag with accelaration, esp on low speeds. I bought my car from Lexus of Tampa Bay at MSRP, and there was no issues with the purchase.

This past weekend, I helped a close friend of mine purchase a 2017 Toyota Corolla LE Eco from Simon Dharmawan, one of the internet sales managers. My first impression of the dealership was that it was extremely well-maintained, with many offices for the finance managers to expedite the sales process for multiple customers. There is also a child-friendly entertainment area, as well as a stellar coffee machine with tons of touchscreen options. Simon was by far the lowest-pressure and most accomodating salesperson I have encountered in the car business (having worked in the industry for 2 years), and had great patience despite my cutthroat questions and desire to establish total transparency. My advice to prospective buyers would be to come in with your research in hand, ask for Simon, and prepare to fire away with questions until you're completely satisfied with making a decision. I thoroughly enjoyed the negiotations and would come again just to have fun.

I bought my 2018 Lexus ES350 "previously owned" in 2021. It had 18K miles on it and was Lexus Certified. It now has 30K miles on it and has been a good car for me. I love this car and would buy it all over again. It is a smooth running car and has been reliable. It is a comfortable car with great looks. The only downside is the "unusual" user interface center console control. This model year did not have a touch screen. I have adapted to the big square button used to manipulate the display screen and it's not so bad. Other than that, no complaints so far. I hope Lexus continues to offer the ES350 in the future. It is a classy, reliable car that I intend on keeping for quite some time.

I have owned my 2013 ES 350 for 8 years now. I bought it with 60k miles and now has 260k. The only thing I had to replace was a tensioner pulley which I did myself. Other than brakes. tires and drive belt that's the other thing I've done. Same spark plugs n coils since I bought it, change oil every 7500-10k miles and doesn't burn or use any oil. I honestly drive it like I stole it most the time. I commute 65 miles a day and every trip I take is in this car. The only thing I wish is that the seats were a lil more comfortable but I have seat & back cushion to help with that. I will drive this til it or I die. I have 6 other vehicles and this is driven the most.

TJ and Rod were excellent! TJ was patient and fought to get us the best deal possible. Rod let us use his office and helped us set up the electronics in our new car. Love this car! I’m a 60 year old female , I lease this Lexus and it’s so much fun to drive! Love the sleek look, the sport mode, the radio rocks! Not one complaint… I looked around… decided on the V6, IS 350, and it’s a pure joy to drive! You won’t regret it!

I owned a 2017 RC F Sport, my first Lexus and totally love the Lexus brand. I’m a big guy and just didn’t have the room I wanted 😥. I did my research and decided I wanted the 2019-2020 ES 350. I really wanted to buy from a local Lexus dealer, there were 2 near me. Their web site has an option to let you know what your trade is worth. I was satisfied with what they quoted me for my trade, when I got to the dealership they offered me $6000 LESS for my RC F Sport on the trade in. They spent 10 minutes telling me what was wrong with my trade. My RC was as close to perfect as there is. They insulted my intelligence- I will NEVER go to a Lexus dealership in this area again. I bought my RC from a Lexus dealer 200 miles from where I live- they treated me like a CUSTOMER! I ended up buying a 2019 ES 350 from a NON LEXUS DEALER. They wanted my business and gave me a good deal for both of us. I love my ES 350 and both of my Lexus vehicles - BUT I will NEVER buy from the dealer that treated me with their bait and switch insulting attitude!

I didn't have to wait for assistance. The salesman was very knowledgeable and courteous. I found the car I wanted, in the price range, year and mileage that I wanted. So I purchased it. The paperwork was done quickly and I was on my way home.

Best car exer - except cost cuts for 2017- no more leather and wood accents like thy were in my 2011 ES3500. Maybe next one will be more posh? ;-)

Test drove the IS 250..nice but the IS 350 F sport was superior with enhanced performance and more amenities. Interior and exterior had more unique characteristics with great markings. Sharp looking with all the bells and whistles..worth the extra cost

Arrangements for pickup and delivery were considerate of our needs. The driver , Mike Marks, was friendly and helpful. Our car was returned as scheduled after a thorough wash and 70,000 mile service. An oil change wasn’t quite due, but it was included free of charge. Every phase of the free (included with our purchase) service was excellent.

I have the Luxury package. This car is awesome! Great ride, quiet, good acceleration and outstanding MPG on regular gas! I consistently get 31 to 34 MPG on the highway. The interior is roomy and the trunk is cavernous. My only mild complaints would be the mouse key pad for the instrumentation and no heated seats in the rear.
