This car met all of my needs and more. I recently had all the tinting done which has a lifetime warranty (paperwork included). Brand new battery, front breaks, and throttle body. IS 350 includes 17-inch wheels, fog lamps, xenon headlamps, LED running lights, heated mirrors, a sunroof, keyless ignition/entry (1 key), dual-zone automatic climate control, a tilt-and-telescoping steering wheel, eight-way power front seats (heated), suede and leather upholstery, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, the Safety Connect telematics system, Bluetooth phone and audio connectivity and a 13-speaker stereo with a six-CD changer, satellite radio, an auxiliary audio jack and iPod/USB interface, powerful V6, sport trim with buckets seats, sport peddles, and front car door logo projector. Minor fading on spoiler and roof trim. Minor chips on front bumper and hood from road debris and a few minor scratches.

My husband and I were recently on an extended trip from NC to Alabama to Michigan and upstate NY. Our S550 decided to break down just outside Lansing. The airmatic suspension failed and car was not safe to drive. Lucky for us we were only a few miles from this dealership. We called and Eric Shier took us right in when we arrived. Had the car assessed by Ali in short order. He was able to order the parts and had us back on the road in two days - no quibbling about not having time to get to us till next week, etc. And Ali even helped us transfer our luggage to the rental vehicle and reassured us that he knows his way around the S class. We count ourselves very lucky to have had that breakdown near your dealership. Excellent care from both these gentlemen. Fantastic car for the price with a incredible v6 engine if you value comfort and a super quiet and smooth ride this is a great choice I only hope the new model for 2026 will be as good because the 2025 is superb

The only thing is not making it perfect. Whenever I turn the engine off, everything is shut down, and to play my music, I have to turn it on to put the engine in suspension.

I bought the ES 300H Ultra luxury in July 2022. I love the exterior and interior designs. The interior is spacious and comfortable. I had concern about the height of the seats, since I am 6 inches, but the seats are also vertically adjustable and I have never had my head bump into the sealing. So, f anyone is having an issue, they can consider looking for the pushing the knob upwards, without twisting it. I saw some people complain about the speakers online, but I have the Mark Levinsons, and I have no issues. It is advertised for 43-44 MPg, however I am getting 40.7 and I typically driver 1k miles per month. I know a couple of factors are at play, including my driving style. My main issue is that there is a noticeable lag with accelaration, esp on low speeds. I bought my car from Lexus of Tampa Bay at MSRP, and there was no issues with the purchase.
