Comfortable quiet car with exceptional fuel economy. Lexus reliability and quality. One of the few misses is the placement of the CarPlay connector is under a panel on the console, I would prefer it to be hidden under the armrest. Hoping the next generation offers a plug in hybrid. I prefer hybrids to full electric.

I bought the ES 300H Ultra luxury in July 2022. I love the exterior and interior designs. The interior is spacious and comfortable. I had concern about the height of the seats, since I am 6 inches, but the seats are also vertically adjustable and I have never had my head bump into the sealing. So, f anyone is having an issue, they can consider looking for the pushing the knob upwards, without twisting it. I saw some people complain about the speakers online, but I have the Mark Levinsons, and I have no issues. It is advertised for 43-44 MPg, however I am getting 40.7 and I typically driver 1k miles per month. I know a couple of factors are at play, including my driving style. My main issue is that there is a noticeable lag with accelaration, esp on low speeds. I bought my car from Lexus of Tampa Bay at MSRP, and there was no issues with the purchase.

Overall, our purchase was pleasant. I think we had an amazing salesperson. Justin was professional, personable, and a great communicator. Everything he said he would do, he did. If you go to this dealership, male sure you work with Justin! You will be in good hands!

We had a 2019 Toyota Avalon Limited. In January 2022 we ordered a new 2022 Avalon Limited. Flash forward 5 months and Toyota said they won't be building the car we ordered. We went down the street to a Lexus dealer because we knew the Lexus ES 300H was very much like the Avalon we had. They didn't have one. We got put on a list so the next one that came in we could look at it. 3 weeks later we got a call. We bought it. ES 300H Luxury model. We have had the car for under 3 months. We love it. The ride is wonderful. Love the large touchscreen. We do miss the folding down rear seats. Overall we are very satisfied.

My sales consultant, Lukas Hale, was down-to-earth and personable - and I sincerely enjoyed working with him. In terms of finance, they did honor my OTD price, but sales were a bit high pressure and I would like more time to review the fine print before signing.

Very Luxurious Car inside and out, super reliable, never had any issues, drove the S500 and BMW 7 series before buying and liked this much better. Bought it used but it felt brand new. It is the best value luxury car available. Really amazing on long road trips or when you are in the car all day, it is like driving around in a recliner or a living room couch.

Purchased 2010 ES350 with 65000 miles 4 years ago. I did my research in advance and now fully agree with the “bulletproof” qualities often used by owners who describe this vehicle. I have adhered to factory-schedule maintenance, however, not performed by a Lexus dealer. Rather, an ASE-certified shop who know Lexus/Toyotas. I now have 125k on the clock and have spent about $1,200 in non-maintenance repairs. Specifically, oxygen sensors et.al. 31 MPG highway, 25 around town. Drives like my wife’s much newer MB sedan without the anxiety of potential repair costs.

My experience with Cheryl Hoffner, sales at Serra Toyota was positive throughout and the process was seamless in my obtaining a 2025 Toyota Sequoia with low miles. I did not take the extended service warranty as the offer could have been more competitive and i have time to shop prior to the manufacturer’s warranty.

I owned a 2017 RC F Sport, my first Lexus and totally love the Lexus brand. I’m a big guy and just didn’t have the room I wanted 😥. I did my research and decided I wanted the 2019-2020 ES 350. I really wanted to buy from a local Lexus dealer, there were 2 near me. Their web site has an option to let you know what your trade is worth. I was satisfied with what they quoted me for my trade, when I got to the dealership they offered me $6000 LESS for my RC F Sport on the trade in. They spent 10 minutes telling me what was wrong with my trade. My RC was as close to perfect as there is. They insulted my intelligence- I will NEVER go to a Lexus dealership in this area again. I bought my RC from a Lexus dealer 200 miles from where I live- they treated me like a CUSTOMER! I ended up buying a 2019 ES 350 from a NON LEXUS DEALER. They wanted my business and gave me a good deal for both of us. I love my ES 350 and both of my Lexus vehicles - BUT I will NEVER buy from the dealer that treated me with their bait and switch insulting attitude!

There are two Mercedes Benz dealers in the Milwaukee area, and I’m glad I chose International Autos Group to service my vehicle. From the time I arrived to the time I left, I was treated very well by everyone. When I arrived, the service person was with a customer but immediately acknowledged me and let me know he would be with me shortly. Soon after, I had the Service Manager, Pete, help me out. Pete is professional, friendly and truly wants to help customers. He went the extra mile to ensure MB would cover any issues under warranty. I really appreciated that and the fact that they completed my regular maintenance quickly. Every staff member I interacted with was very responsive and friendly, from the sales people, admins and even the tech that drove my vehicle. Management: you make some quality hires so keep it up. 3/3/2025 I bought a another car from Honda in waukesha David has helped me out again and disappoint me. David was so kind and understanding and didnt pressure me in to anything. I have owned my 2013 ES 350 for 8 years now. I bought it with 60k miles and now has 260k. The only thing I had to replace was a tensioner pulley which I did myself. Other than brakes. tires and drive belt that's the other thing I've done. Same spark plugs n coils since I bought it, change oil every 7500-10k miles and doesn't burn or use any oil. I honestly drive it like I stole it most the time. I commute 65 miles a day and every trip I take is in this car. The only thing I wish is that the seats were a lil more comfortable but I have seat & back cushion to help with that. I will drive this til it or I die. I have 6 other vehicles and this is driven the most.

I love the car, I dislike the dealership I got it from. I definitely recommend the car but you need to watch out where you get it from and watch the sales people they will try to rip you off if you let them, I will write a separate review for the dealership.
