Bought with 172K on the dash now it has near 178K. only had it for 7 months & this car is super nice. it has all the options available except for AWD. To me it was a xxxx of a deal or just plain luck I got for this car. It gets 21 mpg on city/29 on hwy. Premium fuel only which I don’t mind at all.

I love the car, I dislike the dealership I got it from. I definitely recommend the car but you need to watch out where you get it from and watch the sales people they will try to rip you off if you let them, I will write a separate review for the dealership.

Michael was easy to work and negotiate with. Quick decisions and whether they can do it or not. Purchased a RX 350h Found them responsive and not overselling. All depends on the inventory they have at that very moment and how eager they are to move it. Unlike a larger dealership, this one is perfect sized.

I’ve had my car for one year and I love it. I get compliments on it all of the time. It is a comfortable ride and has greet performance. The gas mileage is great for its specs. I recommend it!

Review for service. Reliable, good communications through their messaging app. Wish service advisors could be a touch warmer and authentic with customers. Bonus would be more promotions for regular customers, but even without that, overall good place to get car serviced.

Purchased 2010 ES350 with 65000 miles 4 years ago. I did my research in advance and now fully agree with the “bulletproof” qualities often used by owners who describe this vehicle. I have adhered to factory-schedule maintenance, however, not performed by a Lexus dealer. Rather, an ASE-certified shop who know Lexus/Toyotas. I now have 125k on the clock and have spent about $1,200 in non-maintenance repairs. Specifically, oxygen sensors et.al. 31 MPG highway, 25 around town. Drives like my wife’s much newer MB sedan without the anxiety of potential repair costs.

I am a long-time LS owner, also have an ‘02 LS430. We bought this car L/Certified when it was 24 months old. Main things I like : Styling Exclusivity Interior Design Fit & Finish Comfort Performance We only have one dislike: runflat tires don’t give near the mileage as normal tires. That’s easy to fix, just switch to regular tires when the time comes. This is a gorgeous car and a pleasure to drive. It’s an incredible long distance cruiser. Our car has AWD, luxury interior upgrade w/ Mark Levinson sound system, optional wood and leather steering wheel, massaging driver’s seat, and 20” wheels. Some are critical of the touch pad controller, but we have no problem with it. Great car! The only thing I miss is wireless phone connection.

I’m about 2500 miles into purchasing this car used with 28k miles on it. It still feels brand new. I love the power, the comfort, the style, and can’t beat Lexus reliability and resale value. This is my first luxury car, but not my first Toyota. It feels like a very fancy and wonderfully quiet Toyota.

Very nice vehicle: leather seats, moon roof, fancy controls, sound system is great, quiet ride, hybrid so it gets 36 mpg, Toyota engineering and reliability. What's not to like?!

There isn't a car out there that can come close to the reliability and quiet comfort that this car delivers. My model goes 0 to 60 in 5.4 seconds so I don't know what the performance reviews are all about. If I wanted to drive any faster I might as well move to Germany buy a fast Beemer or Mercedes and drive the Auto Bon for 2 hours a day. You can pay more and REALLY pay more in the long run. This car BLOWS away those cars in quite perfect comfort. Did I mention my car doesn't break down? I love its understated classy look.

I bought a 2013 535i from NorthState Auto and it was the best car buying experience I ever had. First of all, our sales rep, Milo greeted us and we explained the type of car we were looking for. Within minutes we were out for a test drive and we were having a lot of fun. After we came back we discussed semantics about financing. It was a very relaxed environment and we were able to talk about everything we need to. Once we got down to business, Tim from finance stepped in and helped us further. He helped us understand in detail and answered all the further questions we had. We never felt pressured or anything to make a purchase as the sales reps don't work on commission. I personally have never been in a dealership that has that sort of work environment but I do have to say that it was very pleasing to not have someone pressure me into making a purchase. All in all Milo, Tim and the owner of the dealership(sorry I forgot your name good sir) were outstanding with their customer support and the ability to answer all the questions we had. First let me start by saying I am a 57 year old man who has owned almost every brand of car on the planet including BMWs 7 series and The MERCEDES 550. In comparison this car is an absolute pleasure to drive. maintenance and repairs are a walk in the park compared to the other high end cars on the market. The pick up from the twin turbo engine is unreal and matched to the gas mileage it is truly unbelievable. Sure there are faster cars out there if you’re looking for performance but this rocket is a luxury car and trust me it runs like a rabbit with really no issues while getting you down the road in style and class. To date I have over 80,000 miles on the car and it has been a true dream to own and drive. I can’t wait to buy my next one in a year or so.
