I bought the ES 300H Ultra luxury in July 2022. I love the exterior and interior designs. The interior is spacious and comfortable. I had concern about the height of the seats, since I am 6 inches, but the seats are also vertically adjustable and I have never had my head bump into the sealing. So, f anyone is having an issue, they can consider looking for the pushing the knob upwards, without twisting it. I saw some people complain about the speakers online, but I have the Mark Levinsons, and I have no issues. It is advertised for 43-44 MPg, however I am getting 40.7 and I typically driver 1k miles per month. I know a couple of factors are at play, including my driving style. My main issue is that there is a noticeable lag with accelaration, esp on low speeds. I bought my car from Lexus of Tampa Bay at MSRP, and there was no issues with the purchase.

I owned a 2017 RC F Sport, my first Lexus and totally love the Lexus brand. I’m a big guy and just didn’t have the room I wanted 😥. I did my research and decided I wanted the 2019-2020 ES 350. I really wanted to buy from a local Lexus dealer, there were 2 near me. Their web site has an option to let you know what your trade is worth. I was satisfied with what they quoted me for my trade, when I got to the dealership they offered me $6000 LESS for my RC F Sport on the trade in. They spent 10 minutes telling me what was wrong with my trade. My RC was as close to perfect as there is. They insulted my intelligence- I will NEVER go to a Lexus dealership in this area again. I bought my RC from a Lexus dealer 200 miles from where I live- they treated me like a CUSTOMER! I ended up buying a 2019 ES 350 from a NON LEXUS DEALER. They wanted my business and gave me a good deal for both of us. I love my ES 350 and both of my Lexus vehicles - BUT I will NEVER buy from the dealer that treated me with their bait and switch insulting attitude!

Tony Rocha is one of the finest and diligent salespersons I have ever worked with. He responded to my Cars.com evening inquiry the very next morning before the dealership was open. Still waiting on other dealerships to respond from a week ago. I purchased a new Z4 M40i and Tony stayed with the transaction until the car was loaded on a carrier. Saw a preview of a Porsche Macan GTS they listed but they did not have photos posted so I inquired. David emailed me immediately, and told me it was incoming and would send pix as soon as it arrived. A day or 2 later I got several high quality photos of it inside and out and a follow up phone call making sure I received them, and if there was anything else I wanted photos of or had any questions. Vehicle was beautiful and professionally detailed, but unfortunately when we went over the option list it was missing a few "must-haves" for me. When I told him that I wasn't interested only because it didn't have those options, he asked if I would like him to keep my info and let me know if he finds the exact one I'm looking for, which I really appreciated! Other dealers with similar vehicles I inquired about took days to reply and immediately lost interest in making a sale as soon as we determined their vehicle was missing those must-have options. At that point, they were only interested in making the sale on THAT car TODAY, not a potential future sale. David understood that not all deals happen immediately, and I'm a serious buyer just waiting for the perfect optioned car, so I'm really hoping he is able to find me the exact spec GTS I'm searching for. I know it's out there and with the excellent sales experience so far, I feel comfortable buying a car from them.

We bought the 300h used with 23000 miles on it and have had an excellent reliable and fun car. It is now our daughters car and see won’t give it back to her mother. It is still great looking and in excellent shape. Looking to get at least 75000 more miles out of this car if not more. Still averaging 35 mph.

2017 model - Key fob doesn't work! No remote start. Other than that, I cannot possibly be more happy with my purchase. Found an absolute steal after 70 hours of searching. If you're used to anything before 2010, this will make you feel like you purchased a spaceship. Fast enough to make you happy (unless you're only used to 400+ hp cars), reliable, handsome.

Bought the car used from my current dealer and I can't say enough good things about it, mine is an IS300 f sport AWD with the 3.5 v6. Driving, the car is very comfortable, the v6 has more then enough power with the added benefit of being fuel efficient. There are 2 main flaws with the vehicle which are very minor in my opinion, 1 is front tire wear, it can be easily fixed but upgrading the lower control arm bushings, and Secondly the infotainment screen, no Apple caraway or android auto for the year, but can be easily upgraded! All in all this is the perfect mix of reliability and performance you'd expect from toyota, would recommend this car to anyone

I own a 2017 Lexus IS200t Reliability is amazing as long as you keep your oil changes constantly like anyone else should . I do them every 3,000 miles - I got the vehicle with 8k miles I’m at 50k and still running like a champ not to mention converted the suspension to airbags so obviously comfort is out of the picture but even so the vehicle runs amazing - it’s easy to modify and have fun with but overall amazing vehicle

I purchased a Lexus ES330 19 years ago. At 168k miles, with regular maintenance and some parts that wore out just this year. (2023), it is still the car I absolutely love. Going to keep driving it til the wheels fall off! (No signs of that happening anytime soon.)

I have the Luxury package. This car is awesome! Great ride, quiet, good acceleration and outstanding MPG on regular gas! I consistently get 31 to 34 MPG on the highway. The interior is roomy and the trunk is cavernous. My only mild complaints would be the mouse key pad for the instrumentation and no heated seats in the rear.

Other than the power locks going out too fast, which is not cheap to repair, especially as often as they go out, this car is a dream to drive, as well as own. Repairs are few, as I got it in 2016 with just under 90k. Here it is in Sept of 2024, and I have another thousand and it will be 300k, with again, very little maintenance to speak of. I will be buying Lexus from here on out.

Bought this car new. I will have owned it 9 years March 30, '23. 59,000 miles and still loving everything about it. Recommended maintenance and only one regular (not hybrid) battery that lasted over six years were my only expenses. Still seems new. Everything still works flawlessly. The built-in Lexus Enform roadside assistance system is no longer supported due to newer technology, which is to be expected.

Excellent quality materials and build for the price makes this car an excellent value. Excellent reliability. Does not have the flash of competitors. Interior feels somewhat cramped for the car's size. Infotainment system is clunky, but interaction is not often required for things like seat heat which can operate automatically based upon climate control settings.

I was in need of a new car . The one i had was bought in 2005 but the year of the car is 2001. I wanted something a bit newer and affordable. I didn't catch the guy's name since my dad was the one who dealt with him first. No pressure at all. He was very helpful. I test drove the car and loved how it drove along with it's a big upgrade to what i had. So decided to buy it. I bought a 2012 Infiniti G25x, leather seats, AWD. front seat heaters, sun roof, backup camera, defrost on the side mirrors and it's a V6. I love it. I highly recommend buying a car here.

Bought this car used with 30,000 miles certified and have put another 30,000 miles on it. The car is a perfect blend of sportiness and comfort! The seats in this car are by far the most comfortable in the class. The only thing I do not like about the car is the placement of the cup holders in the front as there is nowhere for the passenger to rest their elbows and the small backseat. I saw many reviews that if you are tall this is not the car for you, as a 6'1 male I can still find a very comfortable seating position.
