Many people are always concerned when they are about to buy a new car and need to walk into a dealership to discuss and negotiate, arming themselves to the teeth! So, I did my research online and on social media and analyzed all the reviews of Lexus dealerships, each and everyone of them. One dealership stood out with consistently excellent sales and service reviews.That was Lexus of Greenwich! So I drove from NYC to the Lexus Greenwich dealership bypassing all the other dealerships along the way. I was not disappointed! From the first moment I spoke with the staff over the phone and through many Emails and text messages to the moment I drove to the dealership and test drove and purchased a new TX 35O, I was deeply impressed with the staff’s transparency, sincerity, honesty, good faith, and customer friendly attitude in both words AND actions! Big kudos to Anisa, Zak and Niketa of the Sales team!!! And, a big shout out too to Manav who comprehensively and patiently demonstrated all the many features of the SUV to me. I recently had my complimentary maintenance performed on my GX at Greenwich LEXUS where I purchased it. Edwin, assistant service manager, from beginning to end was very accommodating, helpful and informative. He worked with me in scheduling a date and time that worked perfectly for me knowing I travelled from Brooklyn! Even after the car was washed, he saw some water spots on the vehicle and went in and came out with a rag to wipe down the vehicle. Great service and with a genuine smile!!!

I bought 2 cars in late December, 2015. There was also a trade-in on one of the purchases. In both instances, and on all accounts, including maintenance service since then, I would highly recommend D&P. Phil is an excellent individual to interact with, as well as all the staff. Nothing is complete unless Phil agrees, and his method and mode of business are excellent. His philosophy of selling cars in based on total satisfaction. Everything is performed on a car for sale with the idea that the buyer will not have unexpected necessities for at least a year, or more on very low mileage cars. I recommend D&P without qualification.

I have been looking for a used car for a few months and finally found one with Ed the general manager at Bianco. Ed was patient and very knowledgeable about the cars. I took it for a test drive and loved it. He gave me a great deal and all the paperwork was done in a day. I picked up my car it was so clean and smelled good with brand new floor mats. He watched me drive off safely and told me he’ll call me soon to check in on me. He felt like a family member. Manny and Ricky were helpful as well. They are all a great team over there and I will definitely buy from them again and I’ll be referring people as well because they are amazing!
